I got this motorcycle for my godson who's 4 and painted it with a Spiderman design!! He absolutely loved the lights and sounds the bike made. The bike has adjustable speed settings AND training wheels to make the learning process as safe as possible. I'll admit that this is definitely going to be the first steps on getting into the motor world and we're both very excited about the process!!! Thank you Hyper Go Go!

Amazing bikes. my son started with the Cruiser 12 at 4 and now I just got him the Challenger 12 Plus with App. They are very high-quality bikes, and he loves riding them all around our neighborhood and on trails.

HYPERGOGO has been such an amazing community to be part of. My son has the Cruiser 12 bike and he absolutely loves it — it’s lightweight, perfect for his size, and gives him so much confidence when he rides. I love watching him enjoy it and grow up learning the ropes in a space that’s safe, supportive, and full of people who truly care. It’s so much more than just a bike — it’s a community we’re proud to be part of.

My godson loves his Pioneer Hypergogo. He loves the smoke, lights and sounds and riding next to his dad.

I’ve had four of these bikes, The M5, and three challengers. After about 1 year there have been no issues and these little things have been great! My two oldest out grew their but my boy Mavy is still using his as his daily ride. Very well made and still cool little machines!

The assoc that I texted were not very helpful. I requested a phone call so I could clear up some confusing aspects of the problems the unit was having. Never received a call. Due to not being able to talk to a person at GO GO I received the wrong part. You need to change your view on talking to your customers. Also your phone mail box is full and the customer can not leave a message. Poor customer service.

Was sent the wrong item. Ordered a wall charger and received a rear rack for a bike that isn't even offered on the hypergogo website

Shipped super fast and well packaged.
It's only been a week since I've owned the product, but my kid loves it so far. Minimal learning curve from a balance bike to the motorbike - meaning less than an hour.

They are the definition of bad communication.

They shipped the training wheels separately. Long story short they never arrived due to unpaid postage??? Was never offered any explanation and had to open a claim on PayPal for a refund to get them to offer any sort of resolution. Every time I contacted them (email and phone) they blew me off, said they'd call me back or let me know....then silence.

I wish I never did business with them.
Horrible experience. They needlessly gave my kid a boatload of disappointment.

Bike doesn't feel like it's worth what I paid. I believe I could have found a better ebike for what I spent. Lesson learned I guess

We set it up. It is not working. We filed an inquiry online with a video, waited 3 days asking for another video, which we responded within 1 hour with another video. Then it was crickets from hypergogo. I had to send 4 follow-up emails and finally got a response 1 week later telling us to try restarting the hoverboard and if still persist then to contact them again with the order number. Honestly, I paid over $400 for something that is not working and costumer service has been terrible and not helpful. I would recommend avoiding and buy elsewhere.

My toddler saw these bikes on YouTube Kids; he was instantly obsessed! Literally, every single day, multiple times a day, for months, all he talked about was wanting one of these Hypergogo motorcycles for his 3rd birthday gift. It was everything we all hoped and expected it to be and more! Believe in the name... you will be on the non-stop "go-go" following your kiddo wherever the road or sidewalk will take him or her. Best gift I've ever bought any of my three kids in 12 years time! Not to mention, it's a built in exercise/weight-loss tool! Not just for us parents, but for older siblings too... say goodbye to days consumed by screen-time! And to top it all off, the battery life is built into the name as well. It puts the Energizer Bunny to shame the way it "goes and goes and goes!" YOU GO, 'HYPERGOGO!!!'

My kiddo is very pleased with the bike It did show up with some damage i reached out to customer service they offered to replace the damaged parts today I received brand new WELL packaged exhaust pipes only one was damaged but they sent both we are still waiting on the new fender to arrive over all quite happy with it those are the only reasons I didnt give it 5 stars

The 4 wheeler that I purchased less than 2 years ago just stopped turning on. I reached out to customer service who told me it was no longer under warranty and instructed me to purchase a specific part for 20 dollars. We replaced the part and it still won't charge or turn on. We have treated this 4 wheeler perfectly and we would have never purchased if we knew it would only last a year. My 5 year old is heartbroken as it was her Christmas present and when reaching back out there is no one around to work on these 4 wheelers so I can't believe we just lost so much money. What a scam!
