We've had pur hypergogo for over a year now and my 5 year old absolutely loves it! Just got some new parts of the site and they came quick and were easy to install. Highly recommend to get any kid riding 2 wheels, mines riding wheelies on his now! 🤘

Customer service was good as they had to contact me for a different address to ship it to. It's disappointing that for the amount I paid in shipping costs, it could not get directly to me and I had to ship it to my brother's house which is 5 hours away from me.

Their customer service is probably one of the fastest, most responsive I have ever dealt. I requested a replacement part that wasn’t even listed on their site for my son’s motorcycle and they were quickly able to help me and get me what I needed. While I only requested and paid for what I thought was one replacement, they sent me two, very appreciative of that. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone. 😊

From the shipping to arriving to my front door was quick , the quality of it was definitely made to last. Had no issues with my experience at all and my son is completely in love with his new bike. Great gift for his Birthday!

I purchased this bike for my 5 year old and she loves it. 3rd day of practice and she was going hard next to me on my motercycle. Great product and great help team. My friends and neighbors ask where I got it and I was glad to recomend it to them.

It’s been over 2 weeks and I don’t have an update for shipping.

it was easy to get the parts ordered and the cost was very reasonable.

Everything was squared away.

Shipping was quick and on schedule. All parts and tools included. Some slight damage from shipping, i assume. The paint was rubbed away on the frame from contact with the box. My son loves the bike and hates when we have to put away.

Item was never received and I've emailed the company multiple times and multiple times not heard back from the company!

I ordered the bike & training wheels and they never delivered the training wheels. Hypergogo said “says they were delivered” and that’s about it. I ordered another set last week and they aren’t shipped yet. Bike is nice, company is garbage for not reimbursing me for that first set. If I ever get these training wheels, it’ll be my last time from these guys. If I don’t… BBB here I come.

Company completely failed at shipping in a timely manner. Took almost a month for delivery. Customer service is a joke. They gaslight customers about their shipping saying FedEx had the package like people don’t know what “label created” means versus an actual scan confirming the company has the package. The company blamed FedEx when really they just failed to have packages picked up for weeks- this was confirmed with FedEx by multiple customers. I don’t think they would have done anything to get my package out had I not stayed on them and gotten loud on social media. Lousy, lousy, lousy.

Order a go kart on Black Friday, a month ago and tracking still says waiting for fedex to pick up. Company is a scam. They wont take phone calls only text. order Hyper GOGO order HG8668

So ein Müll Laden, grottenschlechter Kundenservice!
Brauchen ewig um auf eine Mail zu Antworten, lesen sich die Mails dann nicht richtig durch.
Kostet ein Haufen Geld (das natürlich gleich abgezogen wird) dann ist das Bike nur hinten und vorne in 2 Styropor Platten eigepackt, ein Reifen hat gefehlt, Auspuff kaputt.

Sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk werden hat natürlich nicht geklappt weil sie weder antworten noch ein Neues wie abgemacht geschickt haben.
Morgen hätten sie eines Losgeschickt - bis Weihnachten geht sich das logischerweise nicht mehr aus.
Mit Paypal geschrieben, mit Anwalt gedroht und nach gefühlt 100 Mails ohne Antwort - dann erst Geld zurück überwiesen bekommen.
Hätte ich mich auf diese Firma verlassen hätte ich weder ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gehabt noch ein Weihnachtsgeschenk.
Ekelhaft so ein Verhalten gegenüber einen Kunden der bezahlt hat und alles gemacht hat was gefordert wurde!

KEINE Empfehlung - würde nicht nochmals was bei denen kaufen

Ps: Schriftverkehr wenn man das so nennen kann bzw. die Rücksendung startete alles am 1.Dezember

I ordered on the 29th and a label was created on the 30th and the package hasn't been picked up still hypergogo said there wasn't room on the FedEx truck but FedEx says they haven't requested it to be picked up so I'm out money and my child most likely won't have there gift on Christmas morning

Our 5 year old loves his! We had an issue with colors sent and they quickly made it correct. Happy with our purchase!

They will not respond to my emails about a return and you only have 15 days to do a retuen and that day is almost here.

My daughter loves her Hypergogo! We recently started turning the speed up and she can tell when it isn't on the right setting. She rode with training wheels for a bit until they fell off. Now she zooms around with her brother he rides a dirt bike so he rides slower for her.

Fast and timely matter in recieving my product.
