Absolutely love, my son is obsessed. Decent customer service zero complaints very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be upgrading in the near future

Took a long time to get the chargers i ordered but they eventually arrived and were the correct ones.

Ordering was easy and clear. Received the bike very timely with clear updates on delivery. The little amount assembly went easily and quickly. When removing one of the plastic film covers from one of the pipes the “chrome” came off and noticed them with pictures and they immediately sent a replacement. Very responsive and helpful! My grandson is exceptionally happy and so are we! I still have to download the app and set up - but I can’t rave enough about everything so far!

My son loves it. Easy to assemble and operate. The bike itself looks great, and the sound affects and exhaust effects make it even more fun. Must have for a child that loves to be on two wheels!

6 year old loves it and has not stopped riding

My 5 year old loved this Christmas morning. He tried riding it in the living room immediately. Amazing product.

Ordered 2 bikes for my kids for Christmas when they were on sale at Halloween. Only one bike shipped and had to contact customer service to ship the second. Then, the first bike just quit working. When it came in, I assembled and tested it and everything was fine. Put it on to charge 2 weeks before Christmas and the bike didn't work anymore. It had never been ridden. After a nightmare trying to contact customer service, tech support claims they dont have replacement bikes in stock and all they can do is ship me a replacement part from China. Tech support barely speaks English and only emails in the middle of the night. I assume they are located in China. Finally get customer service on the phone, 8 days before Christmas. Customer service says they have a bike in stock and will replace. They generate a shipping label, send me the tracking number, and then sit on the shipment for 2 days. Now, as I write this on Christmas Eve, the motorcycle is lost somewhere in FedEx's system. Not only did they sit on the shipment, they sent me the bike on the slowest shipping rate possible. All the while, I had to ship the old bike back to them and it was picked up, shipped and delivered to HyperGoGo in a timely manner. Real convenient right? So now I dont even have the broken motorcycle to give my little boy for Christmas. Terrible company to deal with. Apparently really cheap products too. Who knows how long the other bike will last. Who knows if the replacement bike will even show up or if they will refund me the $900 I spent on it. Don't buy from this company. It's not worth the headache.

Continuation. The replacement bike showed up after christmas. Meanwhile I bought my son a different motorcycle from a different company. Convinced hypergogo to just let me return the replacement as it was not needed. After it was returned to hypergogo, it sat in their warehouse for 3 days without processing my refund. Then, immediately after I emailed requesting my refund be processed, it was. So I get the feeling they were just gonna sit on my refund until I got involved.

I told them I would write a new review after my refund was processed but I can't in good conscience leave a 5-star review of this company as it seems so many people have had exactly the same experience as me. Hopefully these reviews will make them upgrade their customer service department. They have the potential to sell a great product.

Got this for my daughter last Christmas. It was easy to put together and we had a lot of fun! While it lasted that is…. It’s been less than a year, for about 5 months we had lost the charger so was able to get MAYBE 4 months of ride time on it before the internal computer thing went out. It’s not a cheap fix so it now sits in the garage until I decide its fate.

Great customer service when we purchased and had an issue. My son is 4 1/2, he got it last Christmas and he rips it up! We got the basic version with training wheels and this bike is awesome! Great speed and can easily manuver.

Haven’t got it put together yet but looks solid and just like it’s supposed to be. Have not got the vintage helmet that I ordered with the bike on same day tho. Been about two weeks now

I was amazed on the on time delivery and the product is awesome. Quality is beyond what I expected and my great grandson is in heaven with this early present. The joy in his eyes and the jumping up and down of excitement is every bit of what you appreciate when giving this great gift.

I got this for my niece and she’s LOVES it! Her friends love it, they take turns so nicely with it. I only got her one…I may have to get number 2 for Christmas this year. Then two can always go. LOVE IT!! Thank you!
My only request is you make a midsize for kids a little bigger but not big enough for the full size yet.

This electric motorcycle was super easy to assemble and the battery lasts a long time. My kid loves riding it and has a blast every time. Great little bike and definitely worth it!

Fast shipping and good looking product, my two boys love their hyper gogo cruisers, they always say they wanna go ride them. It is a pretty good speed for a 2 and 3 year old and they think it’s a lot of fun to rip around.

My kids absolutely love their mini motorcycle! The five year old rides it daily, the 7 and 9 year olds take turns with it on the weekend. Such an amazing purchase! The battery life is better than I expected and the lights and sounds are super fun. Might have to get a second one! I had absolutely zero issues ordering on the website. Tracking was given as soon as the item shipped and it arrived in perfect condition.
