Monopoly Events LTD Omdömen

Went to Comic Con Liverpool in November 2022 and was very disappointed by the way it was ran.

First off, the security was a joke, never got searched going in, the ticket scanners broke causing a huge line outside the front. Once in you spent most of the day getting shouted at by rude staff from Monopoly Events, where not one of them knew where the guests were and where the queues started.

There was also a big problem with overcrowding in the venue where at several locations, (both the ACC and ECL) people got crushed, a few fainted and it resembled a scene from a badly run concert. At one point I saw a disabled woman in a wheelchair having to crawl up the stairs as it was too crowded for them to use the lift and a few members of monopoly events staff watched this and didn't help them.

Overall I would stay away from any comic con organised by Monopoly Events, the events they run aren't safe anymore!

Absolutely amazing time at every event I have attended with monopoly. Team are always there to help can not fault them. Will definitely be booking more events with them in 2024.

Love coming to Monopoly events comic cons. I go to many of their events up and down the country and they are well organised. I love the trader hall and meeting the celebrities. I got the chance to meet Ian and Paul this year and it brought me to tears. They are my heroes!

I have attended Monopoly’s events in the North West of England for the past 2 years and I have never had a negative experience.
Meeting my favourite celebrities from my favourite films, shows and games has been some of the best experiences of my life.
Monopoly’s events have always impressed me with their set builds, parties and cosplays, as well as being great for networking with people.
Comic Con is for everyone regardless of their age, race, gender or background. Anyone can attend with a friend, family member or their lonesome.

Absolutely amazing day and venue! They always get the best guests too! Can’t wait for the next one!

The best convention company out there. Helpful staff on the day and always well organised. I have always had a great experience at the many events I have attended. They continue to improve on their events and always respond to customer feedback. Thank you Monopoly, can’t wait to see what you do in the future!

Been to 2 events now (Edinburgh Oct '23 and FTLOSCI-FI Dec '23) and loved them both!
Great guests with variety to suit different people's tastes. Well organised, the only thing that could be done better is signage/separate queues for Diamond pass. Staff are very friendly and helpful, both at the event and online, as are the people who have the stalls.
Already booked for this year and the great guests at other events are drawing me in to book more!

Best con I ever being too. Meeting different guests that you thinking that you never get a chance too meet
Loving meeting new friends and I also love dressing up as different characters I always go to Liverpool Comic Cin twice year. Thank you for the best experience. The team at thr con is very helpful when asking them a question.

I have been attending Liverpool and Manchester Comic Cons for the past couple of years and have loved every minute! Monopoly always bring incredible guests, amazing prop/set builds and brilliant traders. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be going to more in the future and won’t be going anywhere else!

I have only been to a few Monopoly Comic Cons and have not been disappointed. I feel safe and enjoy my experience every time I attend. Staff are friendly and the event is well organised. The venues are spaced put and provide an easy flow of direction.

Monopoly brings the best of the best guests that I would otherwise never have the chance to meet😁 staff were so helpful, helping me with where I needed to go. Bring on Scotland 2024!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Great event, enjoyed both times I went to Liverpool last year, will be going again this year, great team of staff/volunteers

Monopoly do the best Comic Cons! Always a great time at their events. I’ve been attending since 2021 and will simply not go to a convention ran by other organisers. They bring the best lineups and the staff are always so lovely!

They do great events with amazing guests!

I love monopoly events so much!! I’ve been attending all their cons for the last 2 years and they never miss with their line ups!! They are the best and I thank them so much for making my dreams come true!! I really cannot wait to attend their next ones!! If you love comic cons definetly do one of their events, you’ll enjoy it just like I do!! X

The experience at the events are great, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a enjoyable time when visiting a event hosted by Monopoly

I’ve been attending Monopoly Events comic cons for just over a year now and have had an absolute blast.
Having travelled up and down the country for the cons such as Liverpool, Manchester, Wales and Scotland, I have always found the cons to be successful and welcoming.
The atmosphere was great and all the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s always a massive selection of traders as well where you can get all your con merchandise from.
The guests always seem happy and cheerful and very welcoming and it makes for a very relaxing and fun weekend. There’s always plenty to do from watching panels, attending photo shoots and autograph sessions, going to the after party and even taking your photo with numerous prop builds.
It’s always a fun filled weekend with Monopoly Events and I can’t wait to do more this year

Wow, what a business. Every single event is exceptional from the range of guests to the traders and prop builds. I have visited three of these events now and they just keep getting bigger and better. Friendly staff are always on hand to help and the atmosphere is unmatched. I will definitely be revisiting.

Amazing company , have attended many of their events met some huge stars, the staff are incredibly helpful
