I ordered batteries for an electric wheel chair and they came within 24hrs. it was great service I would recommend Mobility Extra to anyone with a mobility issue.

Really fast delivery as I was alone the driver brought the box into the house for me. I did not know how to open and close the scooter without the battery and they explained everything when my son phoned for me. It’s a really nice scooter easy to use and I am very pleased.

Easy all then way, only one thing was no instructions in box.
But where helpfull in every question I ask they answered straight away.

My electric wheel chair came on the day they said it would, and the chair is exactly the way it is described, they said the widering kit can be done for you ready it was, the changed the upgrade battery it was, did have a manual chair but it's getting harder to use, also had a electric scooter but not to easy to move round certain shops and places,but with the electric chair can literally turn on the spot. After a year and a half of having the best wheelchair ever (MX-PRO) and having some very happy times with it, unfortunately due to damp there was an issue with it this week, making it unusable, which I was really sad about. I emailed Mobility Extra late that same evening to ask what I could do, the very wonderful James emailed me straight back very early the next morning to let me know they had received my email, that he would be speaking with the technicians that day and he would get back to me later in the day. It turned out a new part was needed which James arranged that same afternoon and it was delivered the following morning! He even very kindly recorded and sent a fantastic video to talk me through removing the old and fitting the new part! I can’t believe how quick, easy and stress free he made the whole process and it was fixed in such a short time. Mobility Extra really do care about their customers and I’m so grateful to James and the technicians for their kindness and for helping me so quickly! Thank you all.
