Although the powered wheelchair proved to be unsuitable for me. They stepped up with A1 service to help with any problems. Coming out to me at very short notice. I was refunded the full amount very promptly. I will have no hesitation in using their services again.

I wanted to give an honest review even though I returned the powerchair. Unfortunately as a large women I didn’t feel safe in the chair, the seat belt didn’t fit me and I really couldn’t get to grips with the joy stick. Mobility Extra were absolutely brilliant, their customer service was fantastic. The staff member I spoke to was very understanding, especially as I was very upset and disappointed with myself that I had to return the chair, he tried to give me some tips to try and get used to the joystick but I just wanted to return the chair. I cannot fault the chair at all in this case it was completely user error. They arranged collection of the chair and refunded me as soon as they received the chair. I would still highly recommend this company even though it didn’t work out for me others might fund them very useful.

Customer service was fantastic. I received my wheelchair and used it for a few hours, unfortunately I had an issue while out, contacted the chat online, response was immediate spoke to Lewis who sorted the issue for me. Would definitely recommend this company.

A pleasure to deal with! I bought a bariatric powered wheelchair. Those things are usually extremely expensive, but the price was brilliant. It arrived quickly with good tracking all the way, and it was just a case of unboxing and connecting the battery. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

I received my chair quicker than I thought. Had to find a video for connecting the battery. Had to chat online about a few things which were answered quickly, very smooth ride, love having my independence back. The only problem I have it's very heavy. All though very pleased 😌

I can’t fault this company. They were really helpful and order dispatched and received in the time frame given. And I am so happy first time been out shopping for over 3 years and it was lovely. 100% recommended take the plunge and start living again.

Mobility Extra offered the product I was seeking at a very competitive price. Although they didn't have my first choice available they were able to offer an acceptable alternative. I'm not sure why my first choice was still displayed on their website as apparently it was no longer available? A couple of areas where the experience could be improved on their website: add approximate wait times when items are out of stock when it's going to take longer than 3 business days. I waited a week before I called them as there was no information provided as to when I could actually expect delivery (took closer to 3 weeks). Also, it's just as well I called because I'd assumed that mention of a 'seat widening kit available' meant that parts would be sent to do this if you wanted once in receipt of the item. It wasn't clear from the product description that it needed to be fitted prior to delivery or that there was an extra charge for it. I didn't object to either but think it would be less ambiguous it they included a link to the fitted extras or at least made it clear that it needs to be ordered separately. Finally when I added the product to the basket and went to check out an option to purchase a spare battery was offered which I accepted. However when I spoke to their sales team about my order I was told I'd picked the wrong type of battery for my product. I would expect that it you're offered a spare part that it should relate to the product you've purchased. These issues were all resolved very quickly following a phone call but a few changes to the website will prevent future confusion or mistakes. Very happy with my purchase overall. :)

The guys responded quickly as always, and they checked with me that I'd ordered the right part, part received in 2 days which is appreciated more when it's my main wheelchair.

It is a very nice looking machine also not just a looks it does fantastic

So further to my last review which I can’t seem to remove I would like to tell everyone that this company have infact been fantastic in sorting out my issues with my sons electric wheelchair and have helped me with all the small issues I was having
