Amazing experience - a lot of money saved!
Amazing experience, was able to call on a Sunday afternoon and drop off my laptop an hour later. Specialist was able to determine the issue over the phone and confirmed in store. Communication was quick on the confirmed issue and cost required. Had it fixed a few days later. Entire process was no more than 5 days and that includes ordering parts.
Best part is that I saved over £500 going with Minko Mac’s vs buying a 2nd hand laptop.
Would definitely recommend!

Just got my new Macbook M1 Pro from Minko’s Macs, and I’m grateful! The team knows their stuff and took the time to walk me through everything, which made a huge difference. Big respect to David and Minko himself. They also threw in some bonuses that I wasn’t expecting. If you’re looking to get a Mac and want solid support along the way, I definitely recommend checking them out. Love!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I went in the shop to discuss repairs on the computer they sold me that didn't last nearly as long as they predicted. The one man in the shop completely ignored me. No eye contact, no greeting, no 'I'll be with you soon.' He chatted and laughed with someone through the laptop I suppose he was trying to fix but just ignored me. After 15 minutes waiting with no acknowledgement at all I looked up other Mac repairers and walked out. I don't think I've ever had worse service. I would give no stars if I could.

There was a customer with a baby in front of you in a Que however we thank you for your feedback.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience in our shop, and we take such matters seriously. We have reviewed our CCTV footage, and you were indeed in the shop at 15:41-15:42 on the 11th of October 2024, waiting behind another two customers which one was holding a new born baby who had an appointment. We do apologise if you felt overlooked during your visit. Our technician was fully engaged with the customers ahead of you which we viewed on CCTV, which may have led to the impression that you were being ignored. We strive to treat all our customers with respect and professionalism, ensuring everyone is attended to in an equally, fair and timely manner. Nobody takes priority over someone else in a Que in front of them at Minko’s Macs.
We would also like to remind our customers that all items purchased from us come with a warranty, and if a product exceeds this period, it has performed as guaranteed. For faster service, we recommend booking an appointment through our website or contacting us via email, and we will always do our best to assist you promptly.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future but we will be sticking to a fair and equal Que system.

Very pleased with my MacPro Trashcan.
I was cautious to buy refurbished but I'm so pleased with the quality and how easy it was to find the right Mac with Minko's. Also, would definitely recommend buying refurbished for those with a smaller budget! Alan is very knowledgeable and no job is to small. I shall be a customer for life with this company. 5*****
