Roaming question

Real 24/7 Support makes all the difference
I bought a travel eSIM from Lebara after reading the Trustpilot reviews and seeing that they offer 24/7 access to real customer support.
Unlike Airalo, whose “24/7 support” is just an AI bot that sends you in endless loops without actually helping, Lebara connected me to a real person instantly.
The support agent answered my questions about which product to buy clearly and expertly. Excellent service.

Travel eSIMs worked fine in New Zealand and China.
We used the travel eSIMs in New Zealand and China with no issues at all. Good reception in both countries, the NZ sim uses the One network. Great value for money from a UK company with helpful support if you need it.

Sanika was the person who assisted me with the help I needed and I can say I had a very friendly, efficient and speedy support. I`m very pleased so far. Great resolution to my original problem with the eSIM and outstanding service provided by Lebara- thanks
I had previously given a one star review on Lebara’s eSIM but since then I have had superlative assistance with the problem I had experienced with Lebara and with the very speedy and extremely very professional service given by Jean-Paul Patten and his team the matter was resolved.
I understand that Lebara are launching a new eSIM in April and have been assured that the glitches in the previous eSIM cards have been ironed out which is great news.
Turning to the outstanding service provided by Lebara I have no hesitation in reviewing my original star score to 5 stars and in fact if I could give more than 5 I certainly would.
