I would give this company a zero if I…
I would give this company a zero if I could. Our plane was delayed and when we arrived at Heathrow the taxi was a no show. In the paperwork it says the cab company monitors the flight status. We had no way of contacting the cab company about our delayed flight as the plane didn't have WIFI. We don't believe the cab was ever at the airport. When we called to find out where the cab was we were told to go to one location and then another and then finally that the cab wasn't there and they wouldn't send another. We had pre-paid. We had to find another way to get to our hotel after wasting over an hour looking for the cab we had paid for ahead of time. What a rip off. I feel we have been scammed. Complained to the Minicabit company and they have not contacted us. Group of 4, pick up at Heathrow on June 24.
Unreliable company . Avoid if possible.
***Update July 14:
After receiving the reply from your company saying that this was the first Email you had received, I had sent a previous one …PLUS numerous phone calls at the airport on 24 June . On the telephone, you told us you would be looking into it , doing an investigation … so this is not the first you have heard about this issue. You’ve had almost 3 weeks to look into this matter and give us a refund..
UPDATE:
After a couple emails, and all the phone calls from the airport, we have finally received a refund.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, friendly helpful drivers. Our pickup point was unfortunately shut off, not from the area so unsure of where to go, the provided number allowed us to contact the driver and coordinate a more suitable pickup point.

Excellent third time of using them.
The driver phoned to say he was 5 mins away, on arrival he was friendly and courteous.
On his arrival at the destination he phoned me to tell me that my mum was now safely with my brother. Excellent price and service provided by minicabit.

Two bad experiences
Two bad experiences. The first occasion the driver did not turn up at all. On the second occasion I messaged them as we landed and again no driver. We waited 45 minutes and discovered the driver had only been allocated after we landed.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!! VERY INCONSIDERATE COMPANY
Looking for a quote. Not able to set up an Account due to the site not accepting an International phone number.
I though I would try the chat option for a little guidance.
