Waste of time
Would be zero stars if I could! Booked a taxi in advance as I knew tubes were on strike. Got a confirmation text and email the day before confirming everything and also received one thirty minutes before pick up. After the concert we rang the company asking where they was as we couldn’t find them and the said they’ll send us registration plate to us on WhatsApp so we could find them. Twenty minutes had past still no message so we rang again and they told us they will not be coming to pick us up as they think it will be too busy! Did not get an apology and we explain they’ve left two girls stranded at the O2 and told them they sent confirmation twice one a day before and one thirty minutes before and their response was “ok”. We will not being using this company again!!

Second time in two days wrong information given to driver
Second time in two days wrong information given to driver. First picked up on time but he was taking us to the wrong hotel until I told him he had missed the turning to our hotel.
Second driver given wrong pick up point I rang him and sent message as to which hotel we wanted to be picked up at. He still went to wrong pick up point as it seems he could not read English
