My first experience using this app was very positive.
Made a booking for collection at 2 o’clock in the morning from Gatwick airport having only called them an hour earlier.
They were there on time and the price was not extortionate.

Turned up on time. Safe drive to our destination.
HOWEVER, a second driver turned up because the were 3 changes to who was going to provide services. This mustn't happen. It made me suspicious of what is going on.

Found the service good but was let down…
Found the service good but was let down by 2nd cab firm. Concept great ! Additionally i think its likely to be my mob but the help screen/chat doesnt fully open to enable chatting/messages. Also was confused this morning when instead of a reminder email for my booking I had a quote reminder for what I already booked. Which quite frankly just confused me! Thankfully I just put a quick email in who confirmed everything was ok and gave me the number of the cab firm to check!

Excellent and Stress-Free Airport Transfer
Excellent private transfer from Heathrow to our hotel in central London. Communication was great throughout, and the driver arrived right on time for pickup. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and our driver was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this service for a stress-free transfer from LHR.

Left 90 minutes waiting with a child and elderly at the airport
I booked and prepaid £144.37 through Minicabit for a family airport transfer from Gatwick North Terminal at 3:00 pm on 22 August. We were five passengers, including my six-year-old daughter and my mother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair, so having a reliable and suitable vehicle waiting for us was particularly important.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor.
When we arrived at the agreed meeting point at the M&S Food store in Gatwick, nobody was there waiting for us. We were then given details of a particular vehicle and told to go to a different car park outside the airport, despite this not being the original meeting arrangement.
When we finally reached that vehicle, the driver refused to take us, saying that he had not accepted the journey from Xpress Airport Transfer, the operator assigned by Minicabit.
I called Xpress again and was told that they had made a mistake and would need to send another vehicle.
We were then left waiting even longer at Gatwick with a six-year-old child and a wheelchair user. The replacement vehicle eventually arrived at approximately 4:30 pm — around 90 minutes after our booked pickup time.
This was not simply a driver being a few minutes late. We had specifically booked and prepaid for a time-sensitive airport transfer, but there was no driver at the agreed meeting point, we were sent to the wrong vehicle, that driver refused the journey, and we then had to wait while the operator corrected its mistake.
We eventually took the replacement vehicle because we were stranded at the airport and needed to get our family home, not because the service provided was acceptable.
I have submitted a formal complaint to Minicabit and requested a full refund. Given the amount paid and the circumstances, I find this level of service completely unacceptable.
I will update this review depending on how Minicabit handles the complaint and refund request.

David was great
David was great. Our train was late into Durham but I managed to communicate that to David ahead of time. It was around 11pm, my first time in Durham and I went to the wrong platform exit. Despite that, David came over to pick me up and got me to my hotel. Thumbs up!
