All went extremely smoothly. Booking easy, price the best I found. Response to email late Saturday night was quick. Driver turned up on time and let us know he was coming. Car clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault the service. Well done!

I booked a car for 4 people with 4…
I booked a car for 4 people with 4 suitcases and 4 carry-on bags, and they sent a Kia Niro! At 6:00 a.m., I had to call an Uber and rush to the airport.
To make matters worse, I still haven’t been reimbursed because they told me they need three days to “investigate the case.” What is there to investigate? They made the mistake.
Do not use their service. It is not reliable.

the best BY FAR cab service for medium - long distance commuting in London. Perfect service. Efficient. Effective. In time. Genuinely caring about customer satisfaction. had a small issue at pick (I arrived earlier than the time agreed) and they literally did everything possibile to address my request and pick me up sooner than expected. Fares are way lower than any competitor. The dirver sent was incredibly kind and respectful. All in all the best trasnport experience ever had in london. First time and now for ever my choice for London Commuting.

Great Service
Online booking service was really easy to use. Re-arranging my booking was easy and done through a chat-bot it only took about 15 minutes from start to finis and I was NOT charged any extra to re-arrange it. I was kept informed about my booking via email and text messages. When the apointed driver could not make it another driver was given the job and this information was relayed to me. The driver arrived about 10 minutes before the time allocated time slot and was very helpful and polite. The journey was smooth and straightforward. I will be using this company again and I will be recommending them to others ( the service and treatment of their customers is much better than the other taxi firm beginning with a “U” ) Overall I give them 5 stars 🤩

I am pleased to provide positive feedback regarding the transfer service provided by Minicabit in partnership with Rockets. The service proved to be thoroughly reliable and professional throughout. Communication was handled seamlessly; we received efficient updates via WhatsApp, and all pertinent booking information was dispatched promptly via email.
I would particularly like to commend our driver, Faisal, whose service was exemplary. He maintained clear and courteous communication and was exceptionally helpful and professional for the duration of the journey.
I should also note that although my flight arrived at 8:30pm, I had scheduled the pick-up for 9:30pm, and Faisal was punctual to the minute.
Overall, this is an excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

It is amazing - most of the times what I’ve been using your services, your collaborators are late. That causes unnecessary extra worries.

Easy to find the right vehicle for your needs. Unfortunately we received an incompetent driver who was lost in Heathrow car park! Incurred charges and after the ride harassed me to cover his costs.
