A tale of two halves
A tale of two halves. Journey from home to airport on 25/7 excellent. Good communication from driver beforehand - he was extremely courteous and professional. Return journey today left much to be desired - hence only 3 stars overall. Driver today was late and uncommunicative, spent too much of journey shouting into phone and drove badly.
