Great service even when busy
Visited the Penzance store on a busy afternoon in July. Limited staff but Doug came over to recommend decent waterproof jacket. Then found walking boots…Leanne took over and was massively patient while I prevaricated between sizes. Explained about 28 day return policy. Fantastic people - even under pressure. 🙂

Great kit
We were on our way to the Isles of Scilly and required some additional kit. My wife bought a wide rimmed hat for the sun and I bought an OEX light weight fleece which fitted perfectly with good pockets, while Doug manned the tills.

Wonderful shop with superb staff
Went to Millets Penzance for Craghoppers walking trousers ahead of a walking trip. I was able to try on several pairs before choosing the size that fitted perfectly. I was assisted by Jade who was brilliant in finding the various sizes and I was able to get 2 perfect pairs in the colour I wanted. Thank you!
