Millets - Penzance Omdömen 

Leanne was aware that we had limited time left on our car park ticket and used her initiative to bring similar hiking boots from the changing room with her. Service was prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable on the products available. Just what you want when buying hiking boots on holiday.

Bought some trainers from Millets Penzance earlier today. Great customer service, thanks Katy.

I went into the Penzance store on Saturday 24 August to buy some walking shoes. Katy was fantastic at helping me decide, she was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and gave me really good advice. After trying a number of shoes, I bought a pair of Merrell West Rim Sport Mid GTX. Thank you Katy, your customer service is first-class!

I was looking for a particular product. The assistant initially thought the item was out of stock. She found the item and came to tell me. At the till she told me about a special offer which saved me £7 on my purchase! Great service and great saving to boot! Thank you Gina!

I was cross that my expensive waterproof jacket (from elsewhere) was not waterproof after washing. Gina said straight away that she could help, showed me products on offer that would do the job, explained how to use and even sympathised with my annoyance that the jacket manufacturer hadn’t explained what to do. Excellent service, can’t suggest how my experience could be improved (although the dog says she would have liked a biscuit 😆🐾). Glad this store is in our town.

Went in for some walking boots, got those and also some socks and sandals because it was pleasant to look around. There was a good selection, better than other shops nearby, and with a great range of discount prices too.
William was pleasant and knowledgeable, gave us information and time to think so we didn't feel pressured.

I don't normally give reviews but Doug handled me a piece of paper and it said that they were trying to get to five stars on trustpilot so I thought afding this review was the least I could do.

The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back if I needed more camping supplies and was in the area.

My partner and I bought Peter Storm trousers and fleeces each, greatly reduced in price and at the checkout the lovely Gina in the Penzance store applied our 15% discount for being National Trust members, giving us a real bargain today.

Jade helped me to choose a pair of Walking Boots and I am very pleased with them. They were in the sale and a fantastic bargain. I couldn’t fault Jade she couldn’t have been more helpful and gave very good advice. I would highly recommend her.

We bought an Osprey 65 litre rucksack for our daughter’s D of E Silver expedition . The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The rucksack has fitted well and done the job very well. We’re grateful for Jeanne’s help in choosing.

Gina helped me lower the original price considerably by link selling me an energy bar.
