Ordered on 12th December - was told the courier could not find my address so it was being returned. I was told i need to wait 28 days and they could then resend it - I have now waited that period and I explicitly told them i wanted my order resent to me and NOT a refund as all items were in the sale and heavily discounted......sure enough i receive the refund i explicitly told them i didnt want! No one seems to be able to read properly and they dont listen to their customers- I've been ordering from the megastore for 20+ years without issues- but my last 2 orders from them- since FANATICS took over have been a shambles- wont be ordering again!

Terrible customer service from their online store. I ordered a kids goalkeeper shirt before Xmas, unfortunately it was the wrong size upon receipt.
I was charged £5 for delivery (on what is, let’s face it, an already vastly overpriced item) and then another £7 to return it.
I returned it on the 30th Dec and only yesterday (20th Jan) has it apparently arrived back at Man Utd. Perhaps the Glazers run the courier service too?

Now I’m told I have to wait another 14 days for a refund. I’m not holding my breath.
By contrast, I had to return an item to John Lewis the same day - free return postage and refunded within 7 days.
All my emails to manutd.com were ignored - what a shambles - just not good enough.

Update. More weeks and emails went by without any progress. I made a complaint through Resolver and surprise, surprise my refund arrived that evening. Terrible experience and I will never buy anything from the Man Utd online store again.

Recently ordered a new away shirt and when received the email to confirm the order I realised the shipping address was my old address. As it was a bank holiday and gone 6 at night couldn’t get in touch until the following morning. I spoke to a female called Jordan who proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything as the label had been printed 30 minutes later of me saying “but it’s still in your warehouse “ and her saying there’s nothing I can do she says “ is there anything else I can help you with today “ what a joke. Luckily my wife was able to intercept the parcel on the courier’s website but utd customer service is an absolute joke first and last time I give them my money 😡😡😡

What has happened to Manchester United the customer service is poor and this is how they treat there supporters absolute shambles.

Very rude customer service advisors I'm a paying customer that has a season ticket but they decide to bar me from 2 premier league games because i didn't buy the Aston villa carabao Cup game and the sheriff europa league game totally out of order when I paid £703 before the season started to see all of the Premier league games, the terms and conditions need reviewing its sickening

Placed an order 10 days ago and received an email on the 13th to say it had been shipped. Tracking number didn't work. Contacted customer service today to ask for it to be refunded if it had not been shipped. Was told this was not possible because the label had been printed. Has not been scanned in with the courier to say they have even received it. Was told to ring back on the 23rd and then an email would be sent to managment so they could look into it. A friend ordered 4 weeks ago and still has not received her order. Dont waste your money service is terrible.

Match day hospitality was amazing. Thank you so much Marie and your team for making our day extra special. Barring winning 5-0 this day could not have been any better and it was thanks to the people in the International Suite. Much love to you all

I ordered a present on behalf of my mother, and almost a month later it’s still not been delivered.

I’ve had multiple back and forth emails with the customer service team and still no way forward.

It’s clear, the customer service is as bad as the people that own it, terrible.

I will never buy anything from the website again, what a scam.

Terrible purchasing experience. Ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday and paid for next day delivery. A week later and after two phone calls, they still have not dispatched the item or can even tell me when it will be sent. Have now missed son’s birthday. They do not care in the slightest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a personalised shirt for £75 from them but wanted to change the number and emailed them 2 hours after the transaction. I received a response after 48 hours that "The item has already started printing so this can not be cancelled and as its a personalised item this can not be returned as confirmed on the website."

I'm going to refer to my credit card company and let them take care of it

Charlatans. Please don’t ever give them any card or bank details. They will keep them, without your permission and not remove them even when told to do so.

If you must purchase anything then use a virtual card that you can delete after or a prepayment card.

The ground is so dirty run into the ground. No money been spent by the owners they just take money out. Seems that the majority of employees on the pitch get paid a lot for very little.

Absolutely shocking display today from the players, they are not playing with any passion, they are all tired and who blames them. This is down to our transfer policy, who would really want to play for us in this day and age. The backroom board has ricocheted across to the pitch, and i am absolutely ashamed and embarrassed being a long life fan of this club. This club has not made a profit since the glazers have taken over, brought with £600 million or billion in debt, floated on the stock market and yet are still in the same debt today. Glazers out bring some new owners in and bring some new board of directors in, for as long as this goes on there will be no success coming to this club. How late will they leave it?
