Bought my grandson a ManUtd football kit £92 for a Christmas present. He’s literally only worn it a few time as the white logos are coming off. You don’t expect this to happen after such a short while. They refuse to compensate me which is outrageous. I could have bought a replica kit for a fraction of the price. What makes it more upsetting is I’m an 80 year old grandmother and it took me some time to save up, all said it’s very upsetting
Support staff is just a chatbot, useless.
Replaced their support staff with terrible AI
I bought tickets for my Kid about three years ago and didn't notice the recurring charge until this most recent one.
I noticed this one because they emailed me telling me to update my card details or the payment wouldn't go through and subscription cancelled. That's fine, annoyed I didn't notice I was being billed sooner.
Then, even though my card details had changed and they said they wouldn't bill me, they charge me £75 and the bank is fine with just letting that card payment go even though the CVV number is different.
Called them to try and resolve it and got stuck with their AI assistant who is really slow, can't really understand what you're asking, can't really respond properly and he's supposed to put me through to a real person if I need one but he will not do that under any circumstances.
I spent half an hour talking with 'John' to try and get him to recognise my request for a cancellation and refund - wouldn't let me speak to anyone, just kept asking for a membership number and he couldn't get it, kept telling me he had confirmed cancellation and refund on someone else's membership. Not my membership number.
So then I spent a good five minutes typing it in one number at a time while John read that back to me.
Then he confirmed that the refund and cancellation with the correct number and because he's so bad at his job I asked for a reference number or email confirmation and their AI assistant can't do that.
Most of the time he can't even speak without chopping up words, it's basically unusable and whoever decided that was something that was worth paying for needs to be sacked.
My youngest kid is ten years old and I could have him do this job better, in less time and with far less frustration than this "automated assistant"
If I could rate this experience Zero stars or go negative I would but I'll have to settle with 1*
I'm also not convinced I'm going to get a refund in 14 working days and then I'll have to chase all this up with my bank for fraud - because it is.

Re Manchester Marathon parking at MUFC
Re Manchester Marathon - MUFC parking: Overall I was very happy with the marathon event so this is not really a reflection on that organisation BUT the pre-booked parking at MUFC Old Trafford football ground was an absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS. The queue of cars stopped moving 2 miles before the car park (we arrived 1 hour early) and I had to get out and walk the rest of the way to the race starting area. If I had been driving alone then I would certainly have missed the race altogether and I'm sure this must have happened to some people. Luckily my wife was with me and able to stay in the car but it took her 2 HOURS to reach the car park! When she finally got there, the staff would not accept my print-out as proof of booking or her screenshot of my booking, they would only accept the proof from my phone wallet and thankfully I left my phone with her as without it she may have been refused access even though I pre-booked! To the race organisers I would say you need to sort his out. To everyone else participating or supporting I say DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!

Watching Ruben Amorim deliberately trying to loose against Wolves isn't my idea of good value.
It's absolutely ridiculous that managers are financially better off getting sacked and Ruben clearly has already spent his sacking compensation and is desperate to be given the boot.
The only problem is the club is so badly run, they have tried someone with experience only in Norway, someone with experience only in Holland and now this fool from Portugal, who would be next? Someone who has only managed in Belgium or Denmark???
As Carlo left Real Madrid in the summer, Man Utd were to scared to make the changes needed.....if they had Man Utd would probably be 6 points clear at the top of the league and wouldn't have lost to Grimsby!!

A very poor response from the Customer Service Team. Did not process a paid purchase made last month. Dragged responses for over a month until stock is out.
Love United; hate their processes
Buying tickets or doing anything at United just smacks of annoyance and greed. Bought two tickets through SportsBreaks (basically while labelled United page). You have to associate tickets together if you buy for a minor, but the whole process is a NIGHTMARE. On top of that, you can ONLY access the tickets through the app. So it's 'use the app or you can't go to the game'. It's a nightmare to use and so so painful. It makes me think it's all about grabbing your data. I wish it was the 90s again and we could just care about the football

Same old, poor tactics, poor manager choices, sad slow play, no connectivity, dull, players not fit to be in the premier league. Worse and worse awful play, but owners are happy to up prices for fans. Disgraceful.

If I get give 0 stars I would!!! Customer service is absolutely disgusting... Didn't reply to my emails, then when they eventually did, they couldn't possibly help me as it was just too much effort for them... I will NEVER book a ticket to see man united again
Trouble in too many departments
Way too many issues since Fergie left. Starting with the owners, roof leaking, players not giving their all…. Ruben seems to be a breath of fresh air (honesty).
