Lyco are good, products and prices both good. I have used them before. BUT their courier, Fed ex is terrible. Latest order spent 12 hours in the back of van touring Kent on Thursday before no delivery and returned to depot. Friday apparently they tried to deliver, but i was out, which is strange as i was in all day long. Monday they said it was out again but did not show. Tuesday they said it had wrong address, but it didnt, most likely they had lost or damaged it. In the end i contacted Lyco and they kindly recalled the original and sent a replacement which arrived 24hr later on this Thursday a week after it should have been here. Lyco got one star from me originally given they ask for feedback before any delivery was ever made and something was obviously going wrong but i was only one aware. I have upped this to 3 star because they have put it right, to get back to 5 stars where they normally would be they should only ask for feedback once they know a delivery has been made and if they cant trust their Fed Ex courier then perhaps they need to track their own deliveries if they take more than 2 days?

I needed a particular 3W LED replacement fitting and you were the only place I could find that listed it. I ordered the item on Tuesday mid-afternoon. My order arrived the following morning, which is excellent service!
The price of the item was good so I purchased 2 of them knowing that a second one of mine may fail in due course, and though the cost of delivery was rather high this was justified in the speed of delivery. So thank you very much for a first class service.

Very high build quality, thick and solid cables, and sealed connections. The only downside is that there is no option to adjust the light intensity. I highly recommend them because my garden looks wonderful with these white spheres glowing at night

Tried to return coving but no suitable return option as it's too long for the return label requirements , so I emailed lyco to request for a suitable label that I could pay for

Emailed lyco twice about this , and they replied "we will reply to you within 2 working days"

I never got a reply

I posted this review and the Lyco cutomer service team replied to me: Is there anything we could do for you ?? The answer is: YES...process the refund, please!

I had a very disappointing experience with LYCO Group.
I ordered a wall light which was never delivered. After chasing multiple times, I received a response from customer service apologising for the delay and confirming that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, that refund was never processed.
Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails and have received no response at all. The lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is extremely unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The customer service is very poor and unreliable.

Excellent service - ordered in the evening and goods received next morning, well-packed and undamaged. Brilliant, and I shall be using this company again.

Ordered a couple of ceiling spotlights and G10 bulbs from Lyco. This was the first time I have used them and would highly recommend. The price of the products was good and the communication and delivery was incredible. Ordered Monday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning. Many thanks.

Bought a 30w PIR Security light with a 5yr guarantee, Installed It and was amazed how well the sensor was picking up movement compared to a lot of off the shelf models from well know chain of small stores favourite with various tradesmen and public. Very happy so far!

Big shout out to Lyco. Following a problem with two outdoor lights they responded very quickly & offered a refund for both items. There was no quibble or requests for more information. I would have no hesitation to buy from them in the future.
