Great value and fast shipping

The product I ordered late in the afternoon was delivered to my door the next morning, unbelievable!
It was well packaged and in perfectly good condition as well as being a good price. Will use Lyco again if I need anything electrical.

Long delays in receiving my order with no forewarning or communication to let me know. And then wrong items arriving which were cheaper than what I paid for and I had to chase them to let them know and ask for a refund for the price difference. Still no confirmation or acknowledgement. Major stock issues and unhelpful customer service team who rarely pick up the phone. First and last time buying from Lyco.

I ordered an outdoor light and it arrived the next day. The product was great, a proper IP67 product from a proper manufacturer. They are really good lighting specialists. This is the second time I have ordered from Lyco and they were great last time too, in fact that time I really needed it quickly and they ensured it was processed really quickly. The reason that order was urgent was because prior to Lyco, I had ordered one (a new item) off an online marketplace and the product came with none of the usual paperwork one gets with electrical products. I was really pleased with Lyco and they seem very professional company to me.

Ordered an item which says it'll be delivered within 1-2 working days, but it still hasn't been dispatched after several days. Tried calling, but no-one ever answers. I've left voicemails and emails but non-one ever responds!

I can't even get them to cancel and refund me, which is ridiculous. I definitely wouldn't recommend them!

I placed orders twice, but neither was delivered. I called them many times, but they did not answer the phone. After being lucky enough to be heard by someone there, the first order was cancelled and refunded after about 3 weeks to a month, and I am still waiting to receive the second order partially. Fingers crossed it will work.

Item was as described, it didn't fit the track I have but this is not the fault of Lyco, I ordered the item as an experiment to see if this was the right fitting.
Delivery was quick enough, but the lack of attention from customer services has been poor as I 've requested a VAT invoice several times and had no response.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally helpful and delivery was super quick.

Difficult to give a view about my experience as I have yet to receive the product. Communication was poor and no explanation as to why the produce was later than advertised

Perfect service after being let down by Ledkia. Ceiling lights arrived within 2 days as described. Very happy with product.

I purchased 2 x 6w surface mounted lights for a passageway after a google search. The product is attractive, well made and was securely packaged. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. So, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Came via Fed Ex which I wasn't expecting. I ordered 2 lights to test the delivery etc. Now ordering a further 10. I'll keep them as I couldn't find these particular lights. A few other sites had them but glad I chose this company.
