Excellent all around!
Jiaxin is amazing!! She was so easy to work with and I absolutely love my bag. I was a bit hesitant to order but she put me at ease and everything went so smoothly. She responds quickly to questions and I was surprised at how quick my item arrived to the US and packages very safe. Highly recommend and hopefully will be purchasing again in the near future.

Fantastic Customer Service
I purchased a lovely vintage dior bag. I was skeptical due to shipping issues with aftermath of the Canadian fires and smoke issues here in New York. Although I was skeptical and moved hastily because I couldn't see the shipment moving. Customer service was patient and went above and beyond to put me at ease and know that my bag was indeed on the way. I will say that they are honest and give great deal and quality for designer finds. I will say be patient because it ships international from Hong Kong and shipping may take a while to update.
