Second purchase from Luxbags! Really love the personable communication. Just a caution tho if you are purchasing from the US to monitor the tariffs rates as it is ever changing. I did get a hefty duties, but, that is to no fault of Luxbags.

the saler is amazing the only thing is she forgot to ask ups to require a signature and i live in a building where alot of package get stolen and she didnt do it but i got my purse so its all good she was patient and cooperative with me and was prompt with my questiin and research the duty fees were really cheap to so she did a really good job on that as well and the bag looks brand new im very happy and would refer this website to ll my loved ones without hesitation im located in canada and the deliver only took a few days

The bag arrived in good condition, however the colour and size were not what I had expected. I ordered a Dark Brown bag and received something more Dark Purple. Be careful since their return policy is not actually 14 days, it’s 3 days from delivery!
