Don't count on expedited shipping
I ordered from Luggage Online ONLY because they offered an uncharge for expedited shipping. I chose FedX Overnight (business days). I ordered Wed. night late. I should have gotten the luggage by Friday, today. I have not heard from FedX.
Now I have an email from them stating they will email me when they are "READY" to ship. The delay in being READY was not mentioned on website.
I leave Monday, and I am pretty mad.

I had a tough time finding this item in stock anywhere. Thrilled to find it and purchase it! Minus 1 star for no personalization even though it’s on my order confirmation. At least that was free and I should be able to have any Tumi store add it for no cost.
