25 July, they confirmed the balance in my account and asked for my wallet address for the refund. After my response to them, they went cold and I've not heard from them after multiple emails. I have all the evidence of how crocked they are. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

What kind of f.... are they still leaving positive reviews here!!!?? Apparently the last ones......this pseudo-casino deceived a bunch of people and just disappeared from the Internet!!!!!

Played a lot there ,then thay had some issues that never really got resulved ,now the website is down for more then two weeks.
Now i had a large wining that NEVER been payed (yet).
They owe me 61 Solana which was about 13K$ since then i conatcted there support they promised me it will be resulved soon but notting yet !!!
I am devistated from this.
latly they are not replaying my emails as well...i fear for the worst !!!

leaky casino, license update is taking a very long time, all the reviews are rigged, someone wrote a couple of days ago that the casino is cool, normal, I can't say anything good about it, since this casino hasn't been working for more than 2 weeks, I put some money in there 2 weeks ago, played a little, and that's it. And now it's waiting to change some kind of license, it's not clear what kind of casino this is, it's not clear what kind of reviews these are, in general, don't fall for the positive reviews

The casino has closed and offers to apply for withdrawals by e-mail. I wrote to them on July 16 and there has been no reply for more than two weeks! Please help get my money back.

Since their website is down they're offering to process withdrawals by sending an email but the issue is that there's no response.

Update 16/07: Website still doesn't work and I haven't received any answer from them regarding my withdrawal after several mails.

Bad comunication, I deposited funds yesterday but all games were offline for a maintenance that was not comunicated to the users and I’ve asked to the support to withdrawal the deposit but they told that it is not possibile. Today I played the funds and right after I went to chat to limit deposits and gambling in the hope of limit myself from playing but the support was offline too resulting in non care for responsible gaming! Lost 500€ of deposits for their lack of comunication with players!

I am on holiday in Switzerland (but I’m from the uk which is a prohibited country in this site) I got told in live chat that as long as I’m playing from an eligible country (which I am) it is all okay. I’ve got around 0.89 eth waiting to be withdrawn but the automated kyc they use cannot verify me as they do not accept uk documents. I’ve been waiting around 3days for the team that’s looking into it to give me a response on how I can verify my self to get my withdrawal. I was hoping I could just send my uk documents via email just to prove my age ect but it’s not looking like the case. The live chat agents are really nice and the site is good, if I get my withdrawal and resolution soon I’ll be able to put this up to 5 stars. I have also noticed I have been blocked from playing games and the sportsbook.

Update: CEO got in contact with me and processed the withdrawal, said he closed my account as I am from the uk but never the less still processed it, shows they are a genuine brand and are legit.

They limit you for no reason and it is almost impossible to get your money back from them! Avoid it.
