Terrible Customer Support and Strange Situation
I played last friday, hit on a few big wins in bonuses and managed to completed my bonus wager. I kept playing for a while, suddenly the game reloaded and displayed a “A System Error has occured", message. Refreshed, same message. Tried again later from a different device and browser, no luck.
I reported it with chat support, no solution. Asked me to try using a VPN. I tried multiple countries as they suggested and the same result, can’t play any games. I tried the sportsbook and it doesn’t load and displays the message: "the player has been block wager". It seems like they have blocked my account for no reason or explanation. Chat support keeps telling me they have scaled the case and I should wait for an email response.
I decided to withdraw my money because of course I can’t use it, money has been pending all week. They say processing times may vary. However, I have read a few comments here of people that have been waiting weeks and even months for withdrawals.
I am not happy at the moment with the treatment or the problem solving provided by their customer support.

My withdrawal stuck for a month with no solution.
I requested a withdrawal for 526usdt on 13 Feb 2025. It's been a month now, but the casino keeps pending my withdrawal without telling me the reason for that delay. I'm unsure if that casino was a scamming site or the real one. Please solve my problem if your casino is not a scamming site.
Update 18.03.2025 There's no solution for me.
Update 09.04.2024 still no solution for my problem.

No withdraw after 14 days of 6000$
Does not withdraw. Waiting for over 14 days. Went into support almost every day and all they say is "This is just the regular procedure. As soon as they reach out to us, we will email you". Waiting for over 6000$ withdrawal. Only can withdraw 1000$ a day and 2500$ per week, but when there is no withdrawal in 14 days, probably will not get any withdrawal.

We apologize for your experience. However, it seems that you cancelled your own withdrawal and lost the funds on later bets.
Usually, withdrawals are instantaneous but your profile was flagged for manual review. Most of the time, the manual check is relatively quick and there is no issue.
You were flagged for 2 issues. The first is that your IP was detected as coming from the United Kingdom. Lucky Whale does not accept players in the UK due to licensing requirements.
The second is that your bet won an enormous multiple. When a bet generates a high multiple (like 100x), it is flagged for a manual review. Of course, these wins still get paid. It just isn't instantaneous.
During your manual review, which only took a few hours, we discovered that you had put in a Ukrainian address and your gameplay was perfectly legitimate. However, by this time you had already cancelled your withdrawal request and you proceeded to lose the funds on subsequent bets.
We would welcome you back to Lucky Whale at any time. If you choose to come back, please contact customer support and we will try to make the situation better for you.

You deposited in Bitcoin. Bitcoin notoriously has transaction speeds that are a bit slower than some other blockchains. We do not control the transaction speed of the crypto you choose to use. You deposited once, and because the transaction was taking a few minutes (limited by the blockchain, not by us) you deposited again. Your deposit was indeed credited. It did not just disappear. It just took several minutes because you chose Bitcoin.
Next, it will not "let you play" because your VPN indicates that you are from the United States. Your Trustpilot profile is also showing as United States. We make it abundantly clear in our terms and conditions that we do not accept US players. So if you are using a VPN that is set to the US, you would need to turn it off for the games to work. This is standard practice with online casinos. They, and we, do not accept US players.
