I've done everything that you guys suggested to me but I'm still running into the issue of after I complelty filled out all my verification stuff and have identity verified, the "NEXT" button doesn't work. It shows I'm clicking on it but the page never redirects. I have 134$ I'm trying to cash out. Nothing crazy, but I'm starting to feel like this could be a fraudulent site... Hope I'm wrong, but if this issue gets fixed soon, I will definitely change my rating.

Locked me out of account once winning... No reason as to why, no answers from support
Just to note, I'll adjust this review if the situation is corrected but as of now, I'd proceed with caution on this site!
Made multiple deposits, then had a few decent wins - next thing I know, I am kicked out of my account mid-game.. I am locked out, unable to get back in. Says, "Contact Support" when trying to log-in.
They do not have any live support, even though 24/7 support is advertised. So, I have been waiting on emails.. This all started around 7pm, it is now 7am the following day and all I received was: "What browser are using" - told them, and then followed up 3x... Then was told, "We'll look into it.." with nothing back since.
UPDATE as of 4/22: Still no response from customer support and funny how they only respond to the positive comments on here.

I have been trying to get verified for…
I have been trying to get verified for three days now. They keep requesting additional documentation. For example - They want a tax bill within the last three months… where I live, taxes are billed ANNUALLY. My last tax bill was in November. I sent it anyway. I do not have anything to cash out, so I am not sure what the issue is. My driver’s license and bank statement both have the same address, which is my current address, and matches the utility bill that I submitted, and I am assuming was rejected. They didnt give me a reason, just asked for additional documentation. I am verified on 20+ other sites, and havent had an issue like this. This is the last bit of documentation I am submitting. If they do not accept it, then I won’t play on their site. There are plenty of others.
