when you have an account:
• you cant remove payment cards
• You cant set limits of any kind ( I’ve asked and been ignored)

Terrible. Wass good thing for 2months. Triest to oerma ban… couldn took 200emails and still nothing. They gave me bonus 50spins. Won like 15bucks and had to wager 40x or smth like 600euros. Inmanaged to wagere it made like 1k euro went down to 800 and went for withdrawl. They rejected it and removed miney from my profile. Fot left only 162e…. Pathetic. And for 3 months was no problems

** Edit 2 days later the deposit still isn't in my bank. The bank says the money was recieved by the site and can no longer be reversed. The wonder Eva Wade is emailing the same nonsense about 7 days it'll be the last deposit I make on this site. I've flagged it as fraud to the bank**
I have to say I've had a few wonderful wins from this site and never had any issues whatsoever. However..... I deposited £45 via bank transfer 2 days ago and the deposit has left my bank and is marked as received by the recipient. It's still pending in my luckywave account and despite emails and live chat telling me that it may take up to 7 days, their site says otherwise. It clearly states that it takes a MAXIMUM of 2 days in rare circumstances for a bank transfer to be completed. I highlighted this to an agent today via live chat and he had to admit it was incorrect information and would be removed from the site. So now I don't trust luckywave with my money and won't be using again after this £45 is recovered. Eva Wade the Vip manager just sends the same generic emails back.
