So like I said I will keep u all updated well after today giving my bank statement what was asked for and 14 days still waiting I have now been told that my bank statement is not up to date even know the day was 3rd of April for my withdrawal and I sent proof of up to the 15th and there time line is 7,business days was told because it didn’t have the 17? Only 15th they won’t pay out AVOID AT ALL COST I PROMISE I WILL BE DOING A REVIWE EVERY DAY TILL THEY PAY ALSO NO RESPONSE FORM HEAD OFFICE AFTER PROOF ANY ONE WONT PROOF JUST ASK I HAVE EVERYTHING

I have had funds leave my bank account without my authorisation I have emailed you on several occasions and your ignoring my refund request I have had around £2000 leave my bank account my bank have been trying to get in contact but you keep ignoring the request. My card was used without my authentication!! I want my money back I have sent you emails responds and send my money back otherwise I carry on writing bad reviews !

I tried over 16 different games on…

I tried over 16 different games on different days and everything was a loss over and over. No bonuses and after losing over £160, I got back £8 cash back.

Worst casino ever experienced

Quite possibly the most illegal and immoral casino site ever experienced. They are operating in an unlawful and non compliant manner

They take your money and don’t pay out
when you have an account:
• you cant remove payment cards
• You cant set limits of any kind ( I’ve asked and been ignored)
• You cant delete your account ( I’ve asked for 3 months and been ignored)
• There isn’t a complaint procedure
• You cant call up – its always contact on live chat/email

Theres zero protection for you as a player, you can’t control your account at all and lucky wave won’t do anything to help you either.

The company live chat always say ‘they can’t do anything on their side so you must email’ when you email @support or VIP – it gets ignored. The fake ‘eva wade’ vip manager ignores all emails, ignores all requests

Their only remit is to simply take cash off you. That’s it. – avoid at all costs.

Also if everyone keeps complaining to Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) maybe they’ll bother to act info at gcb.cw, complaints at cga.cw

Absolutely, a scam. After three deposits , I hit a jackpot of ten thousand pounds it would not let me withdraw even. I send my Driving license, my passport bank statement pictures do not waste your money

Terrible. Wass good thing for 2months. Triest to oerma ban… couldn took 200emails and still nothing. They gave me bonus 50spins. Won like 15bucks and had to wager 40x or smth like 600euros. Inmanaged to wagere it made like 1k euro went down to 800 and went for withdrawl. They rejected it and removed miney from my profile. Fot left only 162e…. Pathetic. And for 3 months was no problems

The worst game I've ever played. You only play to lose money. The worst thing is that they have no respect for you. When you ask to cancel to avoid further losses they ignore you. Eva Wade is a manager who should assist you and instead she is just a mercenary. Don't play!

Very unsure about the site

** Edit 2 days later the deposit still isn't in my bank. The bank says the money was recieved by the site and can no longer be reversed. The wonder Eva Wade is emailing the same nonsense about 7 days it'll be the last deposit I make on this site. I've flagged it as fraud to the bank**

I have to say I've had a few wonderful wins from this site and never had any issues whatsoever. However..... I deposited £45 via bank transfer 2 days ago and the deposit has left my bank and is marked as received by the recipient. It's still pending in my luckywave account and despite emails and live chat telling me that it may take up to 7 days, their site says otherwise. It clearly states that it takes a MAXIMUM of 2 days in rare circumstances for a bank transfer to be completed. I highlighted this to an agent today via live chat and he had to admit it was incorrect information and would be removed from the site. So now I don't trust luckywave with my money and won't be using again after this £45 is recovered. Eva Wade the Vip manager just sends the same generic emails back.
