Lucky Eleven Omdömen 

Well this the happy post and sparkle my winter needed this week. The packaging was lovely and made it feel cool and special - great branding! I ordered a pair of hoops and a couple of charms to hang from them and they really pop in my ears - I went for pink tones. Quality feels great for the money. First time ordering and won’t be the last. LOVE!

Really disappointed. I ordered on 10/01/26 and never received any shipping details or my order. I emailed on 18/01/26, to enquire and was told that it was an issue with Royal Mail and they needed a few business days to look into this.

I was offered a refund or my parcel to be resent. I chose the order to be sent as I’m in dire need of new earrings and understood these things can happen.

By 29th Jan I still hadn’t received my parcel so emailed again for an update and was told it was confirmed they resent my order and they would check on this with royal mail for an expected delivery date and if there were any issues again they would refund the order immediately.

Again, nothing arrived so I emailed on 2nd Feb requesting a tracking number as I now believe both parcels were never sent in the first place, which is really disappointing. It’s now 6th Feb and nothing has arrived.

If the order couldn’t be fulfilled I’d have rather they say that at that start and refund me rather than me waiting all this time on a parcel that’s never going to arrive.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter and didn't expect them to arrive so quickly to be honest. They are beautiful and look very good quality. They arrived within a few days and were packaged beautifully. I will definitely use the service again. Thank you.

BEAUTIFUL jewellery and looks just as it does on the website. Quality is 10/10 and the packaging is stunning. Not mass produced rubbish, you can tell someone has packed your order with love. Will be ordering more earrings soon 💖

Update:

I received an email within hours of posting this review and my previous emails must have somehow got lost/not received in their database. The earrings I wanted were sold out but she made me up some similar earrings as well as adding in some free pieces that I wasn’t expecting. It was sent within a day and received today.

I ordered some earrings on 26th December to which said would be sent 2-3 working days. I got an email on 9th Jan to say it’s been shipped and I still haven’t recieved them. I’ve emailed twice and haven’t got a reply. At this point I just want my money back as haven’t even been offered any tracking for the items or a response. Completely unprofessional.

Really happy with my jewellery. It arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. Very pretty designs and appear to be well made. Loved the choice available online - will no doubt be buying more.

Earrings arrived today in the cutest packaging ever, with a lovely hand written note. Delivery was delayed due to Black Friday sales/Christmas chaos, but the owner was always replying to my emails with apologies and gratitude. Someone who is clearly able to stay calm and pleasant even when receiving complaints.
Adore the jewellery and will be recommending this small business to my friends.

This shop is my go to for buying my earring stacks.

The owner is so kind and helpful and will go out of their way to help. We had an issue with Royal Mail losing my order (both of us tried to locate it with no success) and a replacement was sent out to me immediately without question.

I had also amended the order after ordering and it was no bother to change it (changed the initial on a necklace).

The packaging is gorgeous and the items are always wonderful. My ears look beautiful again :)

Support small businesses! It is also good to be aware that as this is a small business that makes a lot of items to order, you’re not going to get next day delivery. Quality takes time. The wait is always worth it though!

I spent over £100 on jewellery on the 24/11/25. When my order came, 1 pair of earrings were missing and 1 pair were the wrong set.
I emailed straight away and was told this is a small business and my order would be rectified. I was promised this would be arranged on the 29/12. This was over 3 weeks ago! I have sent multiple emails and all have been ignored.
I’m so disappointed in this as I’ve spent a lot of money on this order and previous orders.
I’m not usually one to complain, especially about small business as I like to support them. However, this whole experience has been so disappointing and I feel like I have been ignored purposely.

Update!
This issue absolutely has NOT been rectified! i got an email instantly after my review, shock! I was promised my missing earrings would be sent, I would receive a brand new pair of the ones that were sent wrong and a refund for one pair as an apology.
I had to chase all 3 of these things up multiple times.
The first pair arrived and were the correct pair.
The second parcel contained one singular charm (not the full pair I was promised), which was very poorly made and not the same quality/shape/ size as the one with the full pair. I know this because it’s my second time ordering this particular pair. The charm on my first pair was exactly as it was shown on the website and this is nothing like either.
When I contacted the buisness asking why I’ve not received what I have been promised, I was told they ‘really have done everything’ and tried their best.
I was also told my refund is still processing and it can take 5-10 days. It’s been 10 business days since this was promised and guess what? No refund.
I have had multiple emails asking for me to alter my review and thankfully I was waiting for the issue to be resolved.
I have been lied to multiple times by the seller and without any explanation. I’m now out of pocket as I have a faulty pair of earrings and no refund to show for it. I’ve been accused of ‘causing harm’ to this buisness by writing an honest review of my experience.
As a paying customer all I have received from this buisness is poor customer service, lies and poor quality products.

Earrings received today, they are beautiful. Packaging was lovely, wrapped in tissue paper and then the earrings have come in a satin bag.
Love that on the Sofia hoops, the decoration is actually on the inside of the hoop at the back so you can see it rather than it being at the back and not being able to see it, brilliant idea. So happy that they have arrived.

I would say I wish I’d checked the reviews before I ordered but not everyone has had the same issue, so I’m not sure that that would have helped.
The advert kept coming up on instagram and I kept adding to basket and then not ordering, I eventually gave in and placed an order for some earrings on 2nd January.
Got an email confirmation of the order and received an email on 5th January to say my shipment was on its way. Other people have mentioned a tracking number, I didn’t receive that on this email.
I emailed through the website on 12th January just to enquire as to when I was likely to receive my order, as the website states 2-3 working days, so I would have thought I’d have had it by the 9th January. I got a reply later that day from them. She apologised for the fact that my order hadn’t come yet, asked for delivery address and said she would get Royal Mail to look into it urgently.

I emailed again on 15th because I was keen to receive my order. They then advised she ran the business on her own and that they had been very busy over Christmas/ New Year and that Royal Mail hadn’t got back to her yet. But because of that, she advised that she would resend my order out that day and that if I the received both could I let her know,
so that set could be sent back to her via Royal Mail.

Disappointed to say the least, I still haven’t received my order, I was so looking forward to a little January treat.

Having read other reviews in depth now, it seems delivery is a constant issue, surely this is costing more money, maybe they need to be sent special delivery or with a courier.

The best earrings I have tried and I have tried SO many. Honestly name a brand I have purchased earrings from them and NONE of them have held up like the ones I have from Lucky Eleven and they are less than half the price of these bigger brands. SO IMPRESSED!

Been following the brand on insta for months now eyeing up all their gorgeous jewels. I finally decided to bite the bullet and place my first order during their Black Friday sale as I can’t resist a good deal! WOW! The earrings are even better in real life, genuinely SO pretty and good quality. They arrived super fast too which was a lovely surprise. I just placed my second order already for some Christmas gifts as my sister is obsessed with the pieces I got. Thank you!

I’ve always struggled with earrings irritating my ears, but this is the first brand I can wear 24/7 with zero issues. Customer service was so helpful when I had a question about sizing as well. Couldn’t recommend more!

I really like the products, cannot fault them at all. Some gorgeous pieces that I wear every day and seem well made and often get complimented on.
However - I’ve ordered from here maybe 4 times in total over the last year or so and every time I have been forced to chase on my order because they just never ship it? Each time it’s been sat with no updates for up to 2 weeks and I’ve contacted them to query it and then they ship it. Obviously they’ve always got to me, but it’s annoying that I’ve had to chase every time and it’s taken a while. As we speak I’ve made an order on 28th November that hasn’t even shipped yet. Despite getting emails asking me to review my new purchase! Lol.

Edit - the owner responded to me really quickly and confirmed shipping had taken place. I hadn’t appreciated this was a small business so edited my reviews to 5 because the products really are lovely, just wanted to raise the shipping issue which has been resolved on this occasion. Thanks
