My 5th purchase from Lucky Eleven and every order has been amazing. Always arrives quickly in gorgeous well thought out packaging. Such a lovely treat. I will be back for more!

I placed an order exactly one month ago for two pairs of hoops plus one lucky dip box.

Two weeks ago, I contacted the shop through a complaint here, and I was told that personalised jewellery can take up to 14 days, and that, as stated on the website, delivery should take 2–3 working days.

On 27th November, I sent another message saying that nothing had arrived. I was told the order had already been shipped and was asked if I would like to receive the order confirmation again and it should have been sent before automatically. I say that I would like it to be resend, but I never received anything back.

Today marks one full month since the order, and I still have neither the products nor any updated information.

I initially removed my negative review out of understanding and empathy — I’m also self-employed and I know delays can happen — but this is no longer a professional situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend buying here.

I want a tracking number or my refund.

Bought a few items from this brand and they have been unreal! Such high quality products and a really reasonable price for what you get. The customer service is also outstanding. Will be recommending to friends and family for Christmas gifts!!

Purchased 2 studs recently. Never used this company before, but all the items looked really pretty and reasonably priced.
When they arrived, they were packaged nicely and studs are really gorgeous.
I gave 4 stars as i have no idea how they will be with time, but right now i am really pleased and would order again.

Easy ordering and gorgeous products!
As soon as it was delivered, I put the earrings straight in, hadn’t even took my coat off!

I ordered some earrings that didn’t arrive at first due to issues with Royal Mail. I emailed and straight away had prompt responses from Bethan, who chased it up with Royal Mail for me and resent my order straight away. I received it just a couple of days later, really well packaged and good quality items. The process was easy throughout, with quick responses to emails, even at ridiculous hours responding to emails on evenings at weekends. Highly reccomend ☺️
