LOVE this brand!!

Always so friendly, helpful, efficient and amazing jewellery and packing :)

I have shopped here for a good few years now and I wouldn’t buy any other earrings than here because they actually do not tarnish and they do what they say they’re going to do!

Very poor experience

Poor experience. Purchased over a month ago and no signs of my items. I have contacted the seller multiple times, only to keep being put off by her stating she was contacting Royal Mail. That was over a week ago and she hasn’t responded to my latest email, asking where my refund is. No tracking has been provided. The owner contacted me only when I wrote this review. When items are not received and no comms forthcoming, and a whole month has gone past, I don’t consider this to be a great experience for any buyer. I certainly wouldn’t make my own customers wait that long. There are sadly a number of similar reviews. To say in the response to my review that she replied to emails is not true, I had to send multiple ones which were largely ignored. I really wouldn’t buy anything again.

Hi Caren,

As a returning customer who has supported our brand, I am very sorry to hear this. Once you got in touch to inform us your Earring Charm had not yet arrived, I followed the standard procedure of confirming your delivery details and opening a missing parcel investigation. I know this process can be frustrating as it does often take a few days to receive updates from Royal mail.

I have reviewed our correspondence and can confirm that your emails were responded to, including offering you the choice of either a replacement or a refund. You emailed on Sunday requesting a refund rather than a replacement, and your refund was processed in full within 24 hours. I also offered to send a complimentary replacement charm set as a gesture of goodwill.

I am truly sorry this experience left you disappointed. Unfortunately, on rare occasions parcels can go missing in transit, which is outside of my control, however we resolved this as quickly as possible once notified. If we can help further please reach out to hello@lucky-eleven.co.uk

Beautiful earings

Nice easy to order website, super pictures of the products.
The items arrived within a week of ordering which is great.
It’s my third order, the earrings are fantastic and do not annoy the skin and you can sleep in them.
I love the products.
