I purchased a micro Huggy clip loop ear ring for my helix piercing, the size is absolutely perfect and they came in choice of colours which is fantastic. Obsessed with my pink ear stack

These are genuinely some of the nicest pieces I’ve ever bought! Easy to wear and sleep in. As others have mentioned below I did have a delivery issue, however Bethan was helpful regarding this via email. Definitely worth the wait! I’ll definitely be buying from here again in the future :)

Absolutely love this brand, I have been ordering for over a year. The earings don't tarnish. I wear them in the shower, swimming and never take them off at night. 100 recommend. My fav earings.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Took 11 days to dispatch even though states 1-3 days to dispatch on their FAQs.
I am still awaiting my items, which were a present for a friend who was over from America and is now on her way back so items no longer wanted. I emailed to ask where my items where and subsequently two of my emails have been ignored which lead me to raise a dispute via PayPal and miraculously my order is now on its way, even though I emailed to cancel on my initial email as it had been 7 days from purchase. You can’t return earrings so now I’ll be left with two pairs that are of no use (£55 lost to a brand who don’t care about their customers) I had to purchase a gift from another small jewellery business who managed to get it out to me within 24 hours (gorgeous product from them too, wish I had just gone with them). No customer service skills, this is coming from someone who works in retail and has done for 23 years. Do better.

This has now been resolved with you directly, however we would like to provide a public response and update.
All orders are made, packed and shipped within 3 business days. One pair of hoops in your order, the Pink Opal Hoops, were on pre-order, so your order was shipped within 4 business days, on Friday 12th July at 12:27pm.
At 3:15pm that same day, we received an email from you requesting to cancel the order. Unfortunately, no name or order number was included in the initial email. We responded within 15 minutes, at 3:30pm, to ask for the order details so we could help.
Your response to our follow-up email was then not seen until after the weekend, as our business hours are Monday to Friday. However, as the order had already been dispatched on Friday morning, it had already been sent before the cancellation request was received.
We completely understand this may have felt frustrating, however we do feel we provided the best service possible in the circumstances. We reached out to offer assistance, followed up by email several times, arranged a free return for your earrings, and confirmed that a full refund would be issued once the return was received. Thank you.

I have seen this company popping up on Facebook over a number of weeks. The bright colour and little charms on the photos made me keep going back and then finally a made an order.
The earrings arriving within 4 days of placing an order. They looked exactly the same as the photo and the colours were bright and vibrant. They are small and petite and look fabulous on, and I’ve had some many people commenting on them and asking where I have bought them. I will definitely order more from the website.
