AVOID SCAMMER

Ordered jewellery for my daughters birthday. I ordered triple stud and 1 hoop set on an offer for £25.74. All silver plated. When received, my daughter was disappointed and said they were only for one ear only. I contacted the seller called Natalia via email who said i could return them. After that I checked trust pilot and noticed some poor reviews. I thought I better send this back recorded and signed for delivery which cost me over £5 which I did just in case seller says she hasn't received them back. That was a while ago now. Royalmail says she has recived them back so no issue there. I have sent a couple of emails asking when my refund would be processed but just been ignored. So I am out of pocket and she has the earrings back . Avoid this seller. With regards to it all being handmade and a family business, I would say it's come straight from a factory like shein.

Really not happy

Really not happy. Ordered an item for my niece, we are approaching 6 weeks now from when I ordered it and still haven’t received it.
Communication is poor, goodness knows whether it will actually arrive and it’s generally a shocking company to deal with.
Avoid!!!

I note your email. My order number is ORDER #90254- I have contacted you on the email you have provided three times so, I find it difficult to believe you haven’t received them, given you have replied to me on one occasion. I look forward to your response.

Firstly, we’re really sorry to read this - but we’ve tried to locate your order and can’t seem to find anything under the name used here, and we also don’t have any email correspondence under this name either.
All of our made-to-order pieces usually take around 2–4 weeks, so 6 weeks without delivery definitely isn’t right and not something we’d expect.
It’s possible the order or enquiry is under a different name or email, so if you could let us know your order number or the email address used, we can properly look into this for you.
You’re very welcome to reply here, or just drop us an email directly at natalia@binkybelle.com - whatever’s easiest for you - and we’ll get this sorted as quickly as possible.

i was gifted 2 bangles for mothers day…

i was gifted 2 bangles for mothers day .i told my girls what i wanted well i wish i had not used this company the bangles have come of ( undone themselfs countless times )have nearly lost them.i love the look but obviously a fault if they come undone so easy wont be using binkybelle again.
update the company reached out to me i was very happy about this excellent customer service after they seen my review. they have sent me replacement bangles i have put them straight on and will be hoping the issue was just the 2 bangles i originally received. we wait and see .but cannot fault the customer service excellent. so have changed the stars and will come back in a mth to update .all still ok.

Definitely does tarnish

Absolute shite says it’s silver and does not tarnish but my necklace was black after a couple times of wearing it. Very expensive for a load of fake shein crap. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Put the necklace straight in the bin! Wasted about £60 on jewellery from here.
