Bought a bag and didnt like it. Tried to return but the portal wouldnt work. Contacted customer services which was an automated bot and didnt understand. Was told an agent would get back to me but they didnt so no way of obtaining a refund

Box ripped and battered, no tissue paper like my other 8 pairs. Even a couple more pairs had no paper and tatty boxes
Quality as changed dramatically.

Detail isn’t great on products
I wouldn’t order the sock boots the diamonte details came off within days then the other boot detail peeled off they offered a repair which costs you more to send back and they gave me a 5 pound credit not sure il be ordering again.
