Returned sandals as they were very uncomfortable, glue on the inside was sticking out.
Then I didn't receive all my refund, only to be told of lovelemonade....to get in touch with debenhams to get the rest of my refund. Totally fobbed of with them. So unprofessional. Not happy . First time iv used this company and definitely the last

Item didn’t arrive. After months of being told they will sort it I was eventually told the case was closed and they aren’t doing anything else about it, end of conversation. Not a happy customer!!
If something goes wrong with your parcel they simply don’t care because they have your money anyway.

I now in total have 24 pairs of mix between trainers shoes boots and sandals.

Not to mention bags purses and jewellery

I ordered the blue crystal trainers the company took my money never confirmed the order and ignored my emails

I've placed two orders with Lovelemonade and am not overly impressed to be honest. Their customer service isn't great (email responses are either slow or non existent) and delivery takes far longer than the timescales stated on the website. The quality of the trainers on my first order wasn't great - okay, but not worth the price charged. I'm still waiting for my second order (more than a week now after placing) so I can't yet comment on the quality of that but going on my experience with the company to date it's unlikely I'll order from them again.

I have been buying from here for the last few years for my wife. She loves what you do so keep doing the glittery trainers and I will be a prince among men to my wife. She loves everything about your trainers quality, looks, and the fast delivery

I have bought several sandals over last couple of years from LEMONADE. I love them all and still wear them all. Their prices are very good and keep me going back. I haven’t been disappointed. I will keep going back. Love a lemonade sparkle for holidays or days out EDIT. Just to say my last order the heel of a pair I purchased split after one wear. I emailed, messaged and even commented on Facebook and have had No feedback from this company. Nothing! Very disappointing. Needless to say because of no customer services at all I will not buy anymore from them. DISAPPOINTED

They are refusing to issue a refund for an order I returned so I am therefore raising a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

If you buy these shoes then you will also need to buy yourself some Gorilla glue! 1 month on of wearing these slip on trainers, the insoles have slid all around whilst shoe being worn & now had to be glued in (for however long that may last! Also had to glue the rubber trim around the shoe, which was flapping around. Not to mention the diamantes that regularly falls off. Will not buy again.

Nice, bag good size for everyday use lovely colour delivery standard 5 working days.
But poor quality, which I guessed on opening the cardboard round the bag inside the plastic packaging was a give away before opening. one of the bag handles is not finished off properly with a gap and black fabric showing which I assume is the inner padding for the handle so a bit disappointing, not really noticeable just hoping it does not fall to bits with use. Not worth sending back due to postage cost, so going to chance keeping it. Glad I got it in the sale as definitely not worth £60. The bag charm is perfect so not all bad. I won’t be buying another one which is a shame as I had my eye on the black one, I will stick with another brand I have purchased quite a few bags from that cost less, with better quality and no postage cost for delivery and returns, and shipping within 2 working days.

Trainers are bad quality. I got the white sparkly fake Nike trainers which are lovely looking and cannot badly rate comfort however after having them for a month and then wearing them 3 times the creases are so bad already I cannot wear them! I contacted customer service and was told that they are known to crease like it was acceptable and would not issue me with a refund! After a month I find this really unacceptable! I now have a £40 pair of trainers that I cannot wear as I think they look awful! I am hoping someone reads this and saves themselves some money!

I ordered 3 pairs of sizes large enough but the pull on trainers were all too narrow for my foot . This online retailer charges me £7.98 to return 3 pairs of shoes that did not fit

I regard that fee as excessive and will ask my bank and pay pal to investigate and recoup back under the sales and goods act . These online retailers offer discounted prices but ensure the retailer is out of pocket every time they return goods that are of no use to wear

They must be buying these shoes in from Chiba at a song and making a profit on the returns monies as well as the sale

I placed an order on 10/04/26 for a pair of sandals. I paid for them through Amazon Pay including a standard delivery charge. The despatch time was supposed to be 3-5 working days. On 25/04, I still had no shoes so I emailed customer services. No response.
29/04 I emailed again. I also sent a query through Amazon Pay. I got responses from both this time saying they would look into it. To cut a long story short, Love Lemonade said I had not paid for the order but I had proof in both the Amazon Pay receipt and my bank account app. This went on until yesterday, 05/06, almost a month later, I got a refund. I have given two stars as I did get my money back but I had to fight for it. Not great. Sad because I liked the shoes but I won’t be ordering again.

Not a standard fit. Ordered a 6 and very uncomfortable at the toe. All my shoes are a size 6. So this is a very small fit. They won't refund despite misleading advertising it is True to Size. It is not
