I have emailed and tried to get hold of this company with regards to a delivery that hasn’t even come. Absolutely disgusting service when you have no one to even speak to about products you’ve bought! Avoid at all costs!

Was given as a present for Christmas but already coming to pieces. Tried to contact customer service and came back but haven't heard from them again with my reply.
If all not sorted I will have to report to trading standards as I should be able to use the bag for more than two weeks with little weight in it, purse,phone and eye drops.

Come on Love lemonade get your act together.

ÏReached out several times regarding a personalised item with personalisation wearing off after 3 weeks under the 2015 consumer act I am entitled to demand a full refund within 30 days after numerous emails I have been offered a repair which I am entitled to refuse due to the faulty goods shoddy workmanship durability and my consumer rights being within the 30 day timeframe for a full refund. My next step is to escalate a complaint to trading standards. Avoid this company should anything go wrong they will try and fob you off poor customer service being emailed all hours through the night SHAMEFUL!!!! Know your consumer rights and look into all other negative reviews before thinking about ordering from this company 👎🏼

Love lemonade have decided they will not refund a faulty pair of slippers said they have been worn but this is why they were returned I have read the reviews on here about them don't like refunding I would not purchase ftom them again they are scammers I have took this to trading standards becsuse by law a refund shod be issued

All items arrived on time and beautifully well packaged.

Fantastic customer service even out of hours on a Saturday night. Had to contact them as Royal Mail delivered my shoes to Plymouth instead of Maidenhead by mistake. Lemonade staff replied to my email quickly and put my mind at rest. The shoes, when I received them were fabulous.

Ordered a couple of items for Christmas but was a bit concerned about delivery
Emailed and had a quick response from the team assuring me they would arrive and received them the following day .
Very pleased with my order and excellent customer service which today is always a bonus

Took nearly 2weeks for delivery. Medium size bag is small.purse is ok but the sparkles are just stickers which overhang and peel off within hours . Very glad did not pay full price, even at the sale price not happy with product. Cheap . Could have bought better quality somewhere else which I will do in future.

I had a problem with an order , emailed Lovelemonade and had an email back very quickly from Gabrielle , she sorted out the problem and kept me updated with my refund . Although there was a problem with Royal Mail postage at the time, customer support was amazing, answered me straight away and put me at ease. Would 100% recommend Love Lemonade, the trainers I bought were beautiful and look forwards to my next purchases ❤️

After eyeing these up for a long time because I like glittery things and fluffy slippers I decided to order a black pair of slippers from Debenhams but they get sent straight from love lemonade they just arrived and really disappointed in the size and quality, I have never ever ordered a pair of slippers that did not fit I ordered my usual size and for the price I expected them to be boxed but no they came in a bag that would not look out of place from Temu, these are just cheap slippers not that fluffy just with added on bling to make them look better and the company gets to overcharge for them , I will be returning these as they are too small and I would not buy from this site in future as I expect the rest of the stock is the same

Very cheap quality! Crystals started peeling of after first wear. No different in quality to shein theirs absolutely no way I would pay full price for them probably why theirs always a sale.
