Long sparkly sock boots …
The item that I ordered the sparkles started to fall off as soon as I wore them the first time. Was told that I could send them back to be repaired and that someone from royal mail would pick them up from my address and I never heard anymore no one answered my email

Sandals thread cut my foot
I purchased some beautiful sparkly sandals for my holidays. Iv always bought from lemonade and been very happy with the products.
The sandals i purchased looked amazing and fit well but the stitching on the side of the foot was like nylon thread which cut my foot. I contacted customer services to tell them I was dissapointed. I didn't ask for refund etc. I just wanted them to know of this product default. To be told paint with clear nail varnish or put a plaster on it as they havnt had any other complaints. Very poor customer service.

Ordered some sandals for a holiday
Ordered some sandals for a holiday, along with boots etc for winter They came the week before i went away. The sandals are so tight across the top of the foot, impossible to actually wear so i didnt take them. Once back, i have looked to return within the month(usual timescale for a lot of things) its been 3 weeks and now I realise its only 2 weeks allowed so I cant return. First time I wanted to return anything. I was already disappointed and im surprised at the rush to have to return. And now im stuck with them. I won't be ordering again as I need more time to decide and manage logistics of admin and posting returns and 2 weeks is not acceptable around work and life. Think its just a way to trap people. Shame because stuff is nice and everything else is good but as u ask about service, that falls short

Ordered trainers in a size 8 and they were beautiful but more like a size 7 as very small. Disappointed as website stated true to size and had to pay the return delivery of £3.99. Just be honest if they are small. I've never had a problem before and am always a size 8 so can't be the only person to have this problem.
