unprofessional and unreliable.
needed a apartment for 8 weeks in paris for business purposes (opera national de paris). found something very promising on lodgis.com and subscibed on their page. but when i contacted them, a clerk (marcel c.) did not answer my enquiry with yes or no, came up with some very strange excuses explaining that september is such a long time from july, and finally wrote to me saying I should get in touch again in a month’s time! no response after 2 emails to explain it is very urgent, and no answering of several phone calls! so avoid lodgis.com!

I strongly advise property owners to think twice before trusting Lodgis with "Premium Management". They are quick to collect fees but completely absent when they make a mistake, without even talking of a strong turnover (6 Owner success in 8 years !).

Recently, they failed to provide the correct keys to my apartment at the agreed time. My son was left stranded outside for hours after a night of travel because Lodgis did not know where the correct keys were and ignored our urgent alerts. I was forced to book a hotel room so he could finally rest.

Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, Lodgis refused to reimburse the hotel invoice, dismissing the incident as a mere "misunderstanding". This is unacceptable behavior for a professional real estate agency, especially for a loyal client of 8 years.

Nous voulions mettre notre bien locatif en vente sans pression et continuer de le louer en attendant. L'équipe commercialisation de Lodgis nous a particulièrement bien accompagnés, en proposant le bien au juste prix et en assurant la continuité de location. L'appartement a trouvé preneur en 2 mois. Merci encore à Lodgis.

Je passe par cette agence pour la 2e fois. Les conseillers sont disponibles et très réactifs. Les biens ne sont généralement visibles que sur leur site, ce qui est bien mieux en terme d'expérience client. Je recommande !

Foto delle case artefatte, non fanno controlli sugli immobili prima del check in e consegnano le case in uno stato pietoso di sporcizia, con elettrodomestici non funzionanti.
Non rispondono al telefono MAI e spesso neanche alle mail.

Jihane and the team of Lodgis are responsive to whenever I have problems in the apartment. Leaking faucet, no water heater, etc. It’s difficult living in Paris as a foreigner, or any city in that matter, so choose a reliable agency
