Fantastic service end-to-end with Bridging Loan
Fantastic service from making enquiries through to support with drawdown. First bridging loan we've had in 22 years and Oscar, Vikki and Hemma provided excellent service. Collectively, they removed the anxiety we had with using Bridging and we would use Loans Warehouse again. Highly recommended.

Loans Warehouse were landed with our very tricky situation . A previous Lender , (LENDALINE Business Loans ) had failed to secure re finance of a Bridging Loan before its inception. They then failed to re finance and missed the deadline costing us thousands in default and penalty fees.
Loans Warehouse worked tirelessly with us ,our Solicitors, and our Financial
Statergists to not only get the finance ,but also help resolve the other problems Ie Land Registry where the Bridging Loans shark company had failed to register, resulting in further delays .
Our predicament was no fault of our own and we were let down by a financial institution that nearly cost us our home .
Our special thanks to all those involved ,but a special thank you to Lisa Jacobs who we felt had taken our application with Together on a personal level. Her empathy , attention to detail and keeping us up to date kept us from giving up.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts , you will never know how much you did for us.

Great Service
Great service from Loans Warehouse. I have just sorted out a secured loan and everything went as well as could e expected.
Rhys went above and beyond to find me the best deal, and both he and Kirsty were first class in their customer service. Jordan completed the process and I have to say that overall I couldn't have asked for more.

Loans Warehouse and all the people I dealt with on my journey to getting a loan approved were wonderful. 2 lenders turned us down for various reason but Loans Warehouse kept were determined to find us a suitable loan that met our requirements and they succeeded. Highly recommended.

I have used Loans Warehouse twice now and both times was such a hassle free experience, on both occasions I have had the pleasure of Lisa J to help and guide me through each stage. She was so kind, helpful and thoughtful throughout. Lisa is very efficient and very good at what she does. I cannot thank Lisa enough for everything she done for me.
