Excellent service - can't fault the staff : Greg Chase was a friendly contact at the start and Vikki Edwards was an absolute star, keeping me well informed throughout and chasing up all involved; nothing was too much trouble and I felt I had a 'friend' for a traumatic process. A pity the bank chosen for our loan was exceptionally demanding but perhaps that was the system.

Fantastic company… cannot fault
I really want to recognise the work that Wayne and Lisa did for us… we had non-standard circumstances and they really went over and above to facilitate our requirement.
The process has been much quicker than expected and more importantly the communication was consistent, clear… and always friendly.

Incredible service
The entire process was super fast (2 weeks). We switched to Loans warehouse from another company because we hit issue after issue for months and Lisa had our funds sorted within 2 weeks from first contact. Honestly saved us from dropping our builders so thank you so much!

Nick and his team were really respectful and courteous. The Mortgage was arranged very quickly and we was informed by telephone and email when it was completed and told the monies would be in our bank account within 24hours. All round we was very happy with the service Loans Warehouse provided and would recommend them.

Loans Warehouse made a potentially complicated process very straightforward. Sales advisor Sarah was friendly, helpful and informative, talking me through all the options and giving advice when necessary. Kirsty, the completions manager was also excellent in giving me daily updates and ensuring the final part of the application went very smoothly. A thoroughly positive experience from a professional team in Sarah, Kirsty and Jordan.
