Had a text message to say I have £400 available credit if needed just go to the portal and request funds. However after 6 hours of waiting. Just denied. Not sure what purpose is of texts message to bait you into applying? But genuinely disappointing all round. Deleted account and will be boycotting if future.

We aim to review and respond to all loan applications as quickly as possible, and we do get back to every customer with an outcome. However, during particularly busy periods, processing times can sometimes be a little longer than usual.
It's also worth noting that our response emails can occasionally be filtered into junk or spam folders, so we always recommend checking these if you're waiting to hear from us.

Quick and easy when needed to cover an urgent expense for my car. The flexible repayment choices really helped to make it affordable too. Would use again if needed.
