I am still to receive my 3D collectors tickets for the Backstreet Boys concert at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne last year. Even after several emails which is the only way to contact customer service, no response at all. I am so disappointed.

I've been loading the tickets for 25 minutes, and it is still not working. I tried it on different devices and none of them work.

Po raz kolejny organizacja koncertu okazała się klapą. Live Nation Polska wstyd i kompromitacja. Jak można tak ludzi traktować? Począwszy od kierowania do depozytu, gdzie za każdą rzecz ( plecak) płatność 50 zł bezzwrotną kaucją, które następnie były pakowane w jakieś worki w totalnej ciemności. Toalety na zewnątrz na mrozie?! Żadnego oznakowania, informacji. Ścisk, ludzie mdleli.. Kto wydaje im pozwolenia na organizację takich koncertów? Tragedia

Horrific.

Website wouldn't even load presale until 2 mins after the supposed start of sale. Missed out on tickets I've been waiting years for. System feels wholly unfair and they take an age to update anything. Shockingly bad.

Inaccettabile Livenation un organizzazione pessima praticamente comprare un biglietto da loro è un lavoro a tempo pieno..! Scrivo questa recensione per il mio amico diversamente abile ceco parziale. Ci siamo appoggiati a Livenation per due eventi il primo abbiamo dovuto pagare entrambi i biglietti perché non abbiamo fatto in tempo a richiedere l’ingresso disabili per il secondo abbiamo fatto richiesta 40 minuti dopo la pubblicazione dell’evento e anche in questo caso ci hanno risposto che eravamo in ritardo perché i biglietti per i diversamente abili erano esauriti essendo solo 30 disabili più 30 per l’accompagnatore un totale di 60 biglietti!!! Intendiamoci per eventi con una portata di persone altissima si parla di strutture come Ippodromo, San Siro di Milano senza parole delusione totale!!!!
Evitate di comperare su Livenation non meritano rispetto perché loro non rispettano il cliente!!!
Un’altra cosa anche acquistando normale non ti danno il modo di decidere continuano a cambiare modificare ti fanno intendere che alcuni biglietti sono disponibili per cui continui con il procedimento per l’acquisto poi ad un tratto ti dice non ci sono più disponibilità e allora devi rifare tutto da capo… poi penso..avrò sbagliato io ma dopo vari tentativi mi viene il dubbio che il problema non sono io ma loro, per cui smanetti per cercare il biglietto sperando di fare in tempo nell’ acquisto..! Io non so voi…ma credo che chi leggerà la mia recensione sia d’accordo con me sul fatto di non avere tutto il giorno a disposizione per comperare un biglietto! La fanno lunga tutto complicato mi viene da pensare che sono inesperti nell’organizzazione!
Potrei andare avanti all’infinito ma non ne vale la pena… sono 36 anni che tutti gli anni vado a vedere dai 3 ai
7 concerti all’anno ma giuro mai avuto nessun tipo di problemi fino a quando sono incappata con questi organizzatori
La mia opinione è che andare a un concerto è una delle cose che ti fanno bene alla mente, all’anima vai a un concerto per ascoltare il tuo o i tuoi artista/i preferito/i per divertirti.per interagire con persone che hanno la tua stessa passione.
Livenation ti fa passare la voglia!!
Uno stella è tanto non si può mettere 0 ma non per questo io sottolineo e urlo a gran voce 0 totale..!!!!

I am trying to unsubscribe from the email list. No unsubscribe button or link on their emails. You have to login to your account. I don’t have an account so I’ll have to set one up to be able to login to then unsubscribe. How completely ridiculous and probably not legal. There should be an easy way to unsubscribe from unwanted and unsolicited emails on every email. No contact email in their website that I can easily see either. Tried using the help link but that is complicated unless you have an order or event booked you want to query.

Bunch of thieves. Bought 2 Liverpool v Everton tickets. But due to Liverpool not being able to go to full capacity due to stadium work my tickets got cancelled. And these thieving scum bags gave me back my money for the tickets minus the service fee. Maybe they should give the customer their service fee back and go to LFC to recoup service fee. Its not the fans fault that the stadium isn't ready. I wouldn't give them one star if it was possible

No refunds. No customer service number. No email ticket sent. Avoid.

Sold tickets for Aew: All In at wemberly at £198 each, I was in the pre-pre sale so had total availability of the stadium. Thought I bought the best tickets for my price range, right in the front row of the tier one seats opposite the entrance.

The day of the show; there was a huge camera rig set up right in front of us and it was impossible to see the ring past it. Our area should of been tarped off but wasn't.

Livenations response to this was essentially " too bad." I've contacted them several times via the complaints process and X (twitter) they simply don't care.

Disgusting company.

Miss sold tickets. They sell them as unrestricted when in reality you cannot even see the stage. Two expensive seats for the weeknd show with a huge lighting rig in front of them, couldnt see anything.

Basically customer services say tough ####. Refuse to refund argued they provide diagrams of seats which is a complete and utter lie. Small claims court in progress.

Organizzazione sempre pessima, ne è stata prova quella di ieri per il concerto di the Weeknd. cambiano le mappe dei concerti all’ultimo per “problemi tecnici” e se mi metto ad elencare tutto quello che non va non finisco più. meritate di FALLIRE! vergognosi

Per accedere alla prevendita dei biglietti del Coldplay per l'evento di Roma luglio 2024 dalle 8:45 fino alle 15 01 del 26 luglio 2023 sempre in coda senza mai riuscire ad acquistare un biglietto perché a qualsiasi prezzo diceva che i biglietti non c'erano ho perso una giornata di tempo senza risolvere il problema pessima esperienza non serve a nulla iscriversi. Ma cosa c…o mettete il numero di telefono se non rispondete mai? Che schifo. Una giornata intera al telefono a sentirmi quella canzone di Cremonini senza risolvere nulla. Già, perchè tutti abitiamo ad uno sputo dall’ippodromo vero?

The Download festival this year was a shambles. My son and daughter came home the morning after arrival after a shocking 12 hour car journey which should have beeb 3. Only to get a 1 and a half hour walk to the nearest campsite where they were abused by other campers for being too close. My daughter is adhd with a diagnosis in progress of autism. Her anxiety levels meant she had to come home missing the concert completely. Live Nation
and Download showed a total disregard for my complaint and do not cater for people with a disability. They oversold the tickets knowing the venue could not cater for that amount of people and I think they should be made more accountable. An abysmal Company who only care about profit.

Pessimi , togliere l'acqua a un concerto il 21 giugno sotto il sole è illegale , per poi farla acquistare all'interno a 3€ in un bicchiere di carta. In più trovandomi nel prato quando è iniziato il concerto, non passavano neanche più i venditori di bibite...

I saw thé weeknd the 12th july Unfortunately the scene was on one side so the view wasn’t good enough and the immersion wasnt hard enough because I thought it will be in the middle

Una stella è anche troppo.
Concerto Colplay 26.6 Milano, non fanno entrare le bottigliette di plastica, vetro etc perché è una loro politica poi all' interno trovi:
- la Ferragni con bottiglia di birra in vetro in mano, lei può te no !!!
- ti fanno acquistare tutto in carta 1 bicchiere di acqua € 3,00 senza scontrino dal signore che passa tra i vari posti a sedere, con un bicchiere con le temperature di Milano neanché la bocca idrati, però ti dicono di bere acqua per non stare male
- all' unico bar presente nel settore rosso un' ora e mezza di fila per poi vedere che la signora ti versa l' acqua della bottiglietta di plastica nel bicchiere, vergognoso!!!!!
- Se te hai in mano più di 2 bicchieri di carta devi fare il giocoliere per tornare al proprio posto perché non hanno niente dove appoggiarli
All' ingresso mi hanno fatto buttare anche della frutta perché era su un contenitore di plastica ( portata per mio figlio ) vergognoso!!!

Se sei raccomandato puoi fare entrare tutto, noi comuni mortali che abbiamo pagato il biglietto solo € 143,00 neanche frutta o bottiglietta acqua per il figlio!!!
Gente che si accasciava per le temperature tremende, senza neanche l'acqua

Neanche negli aeroporti nei confronti di bambini sono così poco accorti ansi!!!
Quindi posso solo dire che se te sei un VIP puoi tutto e noi comuni mortali ( compreso i bambini ) dobbiamo guardare e morire!!!!! Complimenti 👏
