I have received an email from LiveNation letting me know that they have allowed my data to be compromised. When I noticed this I went to close my account. It has taken three days and about 20 emails and it is still not closed and they have not deleted my information. This company is completely incompetent. They have a monopoly over most concerts and shows which is really sad because they only care about the money and do not give a monkeys about their customers. I don’t care how much I want to see an artist or group, I will never give this shower of an incompetent company any money again.

They were providers of a credit system for buying things in Rock Werchter. Although advertising that any credit could be refunded, only when you do it you'd realize that they charge you 3,5 euros for refunding any amount.

Bought tickets that said nothing about a no backpacks. I later checked the t and c, nothing there either. My backpack was almost empty at that.

Arrived to be met with the rudest security guy who told me to bin my bag or go home or travel 4 hours to come back with another bag.
I asked if there's a locker. Locker only at vip lounge which was a few chairs and 5 pounds for charging your phone . Nothing vip about it. Ended up being in tears and paying an extra 38 pounds otherwise I would not be let in.

Worse still I then saw lots of people with backpack and no vip wristbands. I guess they realised it was not written anywhere.

Absolutely ruined my experience and hit my pocket. Bullying blackmailing behaviour.

Dyskryminacja osób chorych i kobiet jest niedopuszczalna! Nie możesz mieć nawet najmniejszego bagażu z tamponami, insuliną czy lekarstwami. Livenation to albo niemądrzy albo po prostu źli ludzie. Wstyd!!!

Absolute con/scam! Paid €100 each for 2 Coldplay tickets and thought I was paying another €165 for 2 more tickets but with a couple of extra ‘vip’ benefits. Really unclear on Ticketmaster website and even looking at my account afterwards what I had brought. After months thinking I had 4 tickets I finally managed to confirm with Ticketmaster that the €165 each was just to upgrade our existing standing tickets to the Floris early entrance experience. Coldplay were due to start at 9pm and VIP Nation told us to come to the stadium at 3pm. We queued for 45 minutes and got in at 4pm. There was no welcome, the gift (a cheap water bottle) had to be collected after the show and the only ‘advantage’ was that we were allowed to join the main queue to get into the floor area just before the main gates open. After the second nearly 1 hour queue we got into the show but given that it was still 4 hours before Coldplay came on and there was no way to save your space that was a complete waste of time/money. Once in we weren’t even allowed back to the concourse to get food/drinks. No idea how they can get away with charging €165 for a water bottle and cheap festival bracelet and getting in to an open standing area 30 minutes before the main crowd.

El pasado 18 de junio estuve en el Palau Sant Jordi en el concierto de Olivia Rodrigo con mi hija. Para empezar solo pusieron 3 baños móviles para las 17900 que entran en el Palau, imaginad después de 10 horas cómo estaban, a parte de la hora y media de cola que había que esperar para hacer un pis.

Pero la verdadera queja fueron los tratos vejatorios de los que estaban a cargo de la seguridad del evento. Pasaron a grupos que habían llegado más tarde que a nuestro grupo (qué habían asignado ellos por el terreno). Cuando nos quejamos a parte de las caras con risitas burlescas que tenían hacia los adolescentes, les trataban como a tontos. Cuando me quejé yo como madre del trato y el abuso de autoridad recibí más de lo mismo. Más tarde, antes de entrar al concierto a mi hija le tiraron de dos pintalabios de plástico acusándole de que como objeto duro lo podría tirar contra alguien, DOS PINTALABIOS, a una adolescente que lo único que quería ir acorde al concierto que iba a ver, y a pesar de los ruegos, y las explicaciones, los tiró sin más miramiento.

Personas que deberían velar por la seguridad consiguen que una experiencia positiva y a la que acuden tantas personas llenas de ilusión, consiguen que sea una experiencia con mal sabor de boca y por supuesto y lo más intolerable, el trato de superioridad por su parte hacia los adolescentes y mujeres, porque esa soberbia aseguro que no la utilizarían con ningún hombre.

No podemos acceder a las entradas especificas para personas con movilidad reducida al concierto de Paul Mc Cartney en Madrid falta empatia con los discapacitados . ME PARECE MUY MAL QUE NOS DISCRIMINEN

Una auténtica vergüenza, no hay forma de conseguir entradas para Paul Mc Cartney. Entras y no puedes acceder aunque estén libres los asientos más que a las caras. Ojalá se quede medio pabellón vacío. Es lo que deberíamos hacer.

Przed koncertem bagaże do formatu A4 w dniu koncertu przed wejściem sprawdzanie ze złożoną kartka papieru - odsyłanie do depozytu - gdzie czekają panie z gotowymi workami, terminalami i opaskami .... zaplanowana akcja mająca na celu naciąganie.....50 zł nie majątek ale nieprzyjemności ze strony obsługi i sam fakt "naciagania" ...nieprzyjemne ...

He intentado hacer una compra de unas entradas hoy y no me funcionaba el código. He llamado por teléfono y han sido muy amables, se han puesto en contacto conmigo después para saber si lo había solucionado. Les pongo un 10!

Worst experience ever. The website has a minute delay to start the sale & then constantly crashes & denies your access.

0 care for customer experience, one of the worst festivals ive ever seen, genuienly ever. Bands are great, but seriously, 3+ hour merch lines AT A FESTIVAL WHERE BANDS SWITCH EVER 30 MINS, Giant bathroom lines at every spot, even the "VIP bathrooms", genuinely just not enjoyable because of all the managing issues. They really only care about money, it shows with the price of tickets, unlimited vip tickets making the "vip areas" just as bad if not worse than the GA areas, and absolutely nothing is included with VIP. No shirt, no poster, not even a sticker. They are the greediest most uncaring event company, and they should not be in business, especaially after they hosted astroworld where 10 people died due to their terrible management.

Had Ultimate VIP tickets for Depeche Mode on 27 January 2024 at the O2. Spent over £1000 on 2 tickets as was a special occasion. Had the photos taken on stage as we weren't allowed to take our own. Photos have never arrived despite emails to ask where they are. This company just ignores you. Depeche Mode should be embarrassed to be involved with this. This company is an absolute disgrace! Avoid them if possible!!

Had to call the arena on the night of the concert and bring receipts and proof of purchase to get into the concert.

Taking money for tickets and not supplying them , then ignoring and hiding from customer complaints.

El viernes pasado compré unas entradas para asistir en agosto a un concierto que se hará en Bélgica.
He tenido un problema grave y no podré asistir.
Me he puesto en contacto con la empresa y no me dan ninguna solución.
Dan muchas facilidades a la hora de comprar y después se lavan las manos cuando tienes un problema serio...me parece lamentable.
Estoy muy decepcionada.

Non si può purtroppo dare zero, ma meritano ancora meno, probabilmente è fatta di persone a cui interessa solo guadagnare soldi senza poi restituirli quando sarebbe giusto. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo visto un concerto allo stadio San Siro a Milano dei Muse, non abbiamo praticamente sentito nulla perché non funzionava l’impianto, alla richiesta di migliaia di persone di rimborso del biglietto non hanno accennato a nulla… bello guadagnare sulla pelle degli altri

Abbiamo tentato di acquistare i biglietti per il concerto del 12 luglio STRAY KIDS in due diverse occasioni tramite live nation/ticketmaster (prevednite del 5 e 9 febbraio). Una buffonata. Cliccato alle 11 in punto per mettermi in coda e poter procedere all'acquisto. Appena arriva il turno (già effettuato preventivamente l'accesso per non perdere tempo), ecco che mi chiede nuovamente di fare log in (...) poi seleziono il numero dei biglietti (posto unico, il solo disponibile), selezioni la modalità invio dei tickets e cerco di procedere al pagamento, ed ecco che mi blocca chiedendomi di scegliere i posti in mappa (è POSTO UNICO?!?!) o diminuire il numero dei biglietti. Ho provato a diminuire il numero fino ad uno e niente sempre la solita risposta...Ah, non ero soltanto io in questa situazione, nello stesso momento, ero con un'amica a cui accadeva esattamente la stessa situazione. Poi ditemi che non è tutta una buffonata... Vergognosa questa gestione.

Logged on for the pre-sale of Eagles tickets. As soon as they were live I clicked on book tickets only to be diverted to a page demanding I reset my password. This took a couple of minutes by which time all but the VIP seats were gone.

This is the most shockingly poor service I have ever had buying tickets. I will be using Livenation's rivals in the future.

Because I missed standing tickets but wanted to be a close as possible to the stage for Depeche Mode at the O2, I spent more than I would typically on a Live Nation 'VIP Nation' lounge package.

When I arrived, I was given the merch bag, which consisted of a lanyard that served no useful purpose, an eye mask and a candle.

The canapes were awful and once kicked out at 8pm, there was no direct access to seats, i.e. just had to leave the bar and access the concert venue as anyone else would.

As much as I enjoyed the concert, having had to pay an extortionate amount for something using the term 'VIP' very loosely was really disappointing.
