Ho contattato più volte per e-mail chiedendo se ci fosse personale addetto allo stadio olimpico di Roma per aiutarmi a fare le scale in quanto affetta da disabilità motoria, mi è stato risposto di mandare mail ad un’altra persona da cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Il giorno del concerto ho chiesto direttamente al personale se qualcuno potesse darmi una mano, la risposta è stata NO! Ovviamente mi sono arrangiata e prese le mie dovute precauzioni, ma non si fa così è totalmente una vergogna!

Roger Waters VIP Ticket Mis-selling.
Paid a significant premium to get VIP tickets that promised a 'Collection' (eg 3 or more items) of Themed Merchandise and crowd free merchandise shopping. The 'Crowd Free' shopping didn't exist and the 'Collection' was 1 item. Contacted company who were unwilling to resolve the issue. Will also contact the Management Company of the artist - companies like this need to be held to account and stopped from profiteering from mis-selling.

This company is simply Ticketmaster by another name.
Be aware that once you buy through this lot, you cannot sell or transfer tickets to someone else, even when bought as a gift. Need to download on the Ticketmaster app which only works on some smartphones. Useless getting any kind of response from this shower, or Ticketmaster. Never again!!!

Registered for pre-sale in early December to get good seats for Highways at Royal Albert Hall in May. Then had to register with Ticketmaster, which took 2 goes due to time limit. This seems to be an artificial construct to increase FOMO; I bet few people actually give up at this point.

Only VIP hot tickets offered, bought 2 silver at £180 each. Many weeks before show date, seats originally designated VIP were being sold at much reduced prices. Seats 2 rows ahead of ours were going for half the price I paid.

Contrary to Livenation email, there was no ID check, no designated VIP check in or onsite staff. The much-touted VIP merch comprised a tote bag, tea towel, programme, Highways badge and lanyard. Why a lanyard? Perhaps I should have worn it to be recognised by the VIP onsite staff.

I did actually get good seats, but paid way too much and could have got better and cheaper seats nearer the time. This pre-sale just took advantage of eager fans, keen to see the show but finished up paying way over the odds.

Espero que en la próxima gira de Beyoncé no gestione la venta de entradas Ticketmaster porque es una vergüenza la gestión de esta. Estuve en la preventa y venta de Renaissance World Tour durante muchas horas intentado comprar dos entradas y cada vez que seleccionaba una zona se bloqueaba la página, salía error o problemas en la disponibilidad de estas. Así durante horas consecutivas. Además, salía SoldOut y al refrescar volvían a haber entradas disponibles y cada vez que actualizabas la página cambiaba la disponibilidad de estas sin dejar comprar en ningún sitio. Una completa VERGÜENZA. Insisto en que espero que la venta de entradas de la próxima gira la haga otra empresa. Es una completa DECEPCIÓN Y ESTAFA. Estas prácticas poco transparentes y turbias manchan la imagen de Live Nation.

Customer support does not exist. 10 emails, and several weeks, still no reply. NEVER USING AGAIN!!!!

Exploiting fans is LOW!

I tried to book Chris Brown and The Weekend tickets but was met with this:

“VIP and Platinum tickets”? Misrepresentation. Have you sat in those bleachers during a concert where fans stand up and obstruct the views of those still sitting?

Manchester Arena venue has already been marred with safety issues (the bomb, narrow cramped restricted view(s) seating, lidless drinks, poor stage monitor placements, steep steps without railings and poor ticket insurance). How could you have your authorised resellers broker bots buy out tickets (sell out the venue) to resell them at extortionate prices?

I’ve been to this arena multiple times and so £85 seats (high enough) now being sold at £250+ (prices keep fluctuating) due to “demand” — is questionable, unacceptable, unjustified and unethical.

The snack, food, beverage and merch is already additional extortion! You have so many American artists visiting the UK — where are the authentic American snack, food and beverage options? I would like to support my favourite artists (including Beyoncé and Usher’s UK return) without feeling disrespectfully ripped off!

Bought 2 tickets for Ricky Gervais Armageddon and paid £266 for the pair.. wouldn’t of minded this if he actually did 70 minutes of stand up as advertised instead of 45! And to make matters worse the tickets were being sold for £27 each from the venue however they increased the price to over £100 each! Absolutely shocking!

Manipulują cenami - w każdym normalnym miejscu bilety w przedsprzedaży są TAŃSZE - a przez LIVENATION są DROŻSZE!! Kilka dni po starcie koncertu (zapewne sprzedaż nie szła jak chcieli) obniżyli ceny biletów o kilka set złotych. Oczywiście zero rekompensaty dla tych, którzy kupili bilety w pierwszej puli przedsprzedażowej - KPINA. Sprawa zostanie zgłoszona do odpowiednich organów

Ordered Coldplay merch on the 17th August. Items still not yet dispatched. All you get is excuse after excuse as to why it hasn’t been sent. Customer services are totally useless. DO NOT BUY MERCH ONLINE FROM THEM. They are totally appalling.

Just tried to purchase Harry Styles pre-sale tickets through Live Nation. Ticketmaster decided to triple the price of tickets part way through the sale without mentioning it, just insinuating it was still face value. Live Nation should not tolerate this,..what has happened to their ethics?

Attended Bilbao Bizkaia Rock Day, 2 bands dropped out last minute. Livenation are ignoring all forms of communication, they clearly have no interest in their customers. Will be avoiding them from now on if I fail to receive a response from them.

Was incorrectly charged 40£ for chicken and chips that were priced at 12.50£ at a festival.

The person at the till at first tried to charge me 15£ but said the transaction didn’t go through. Then charged me again and said it didn’t go through despite the machine saying Approved.

She made me pay again. Low and behold all the payments had gone through and I have essentially been robbed 40£ for one portion of chicken and chips.

Disgraceful
