Gary is brilliant. I'd highly recommend him. He offered me a great rate on a trade in and knew exactly what scooter fitted my need. I'm loving my scooter and it's all down to this lovely man.

Great product and easy to find on the website, showed exactly what I needed to know, easy to order, fair price and very prompt delivery. Items well packed and I was kept up to date on progress. I would highly recommend and will use again.

Appalling company, totally disinterested in the customer. New scooter ordered in May,2023 through Gary who told me I would be contacted at the end of the week as to when scooter would be delivered. He did not make contact so following week I phoned to find out when to expect scooter; he replied I would be contacted. After a couple more phone calls to him and a couple of emails requesting update on my order he has not contacted me since. Scooter badly needed as present one 20 years old. Purchased elsewhere and delivered in two days from company 100 miles away. Gary's word means very little.
addendum: In response to your reply; if your company required a deposit before order why was one not requested and which I would have happily agreed to. As the ordering was done over the phone why was no order form supplied or email sent to me to confirm the verbal order and why were follow-up communications regarding the order ignored?

The tyres arrived really quickly. There was an issue with one tyre, but it was rectified immediately. Very good value. Great customer service

We needed a wheelchair for my 92 year old mother and Gary was most knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to pick the right one for our needs. I would thoroughly recommend Lifelightmobility.

I would recommend Garry at the Hyde disability shop. Garry has several different disabiity aids of various types.
Garry was very helpful when i enquired about having a mobile disability scooter. i tried one and i found that it wasn't quite what i wanted then Garry showed me an'other one which was very suitable for my needs.
Garry delivered my mobile scooter to me and he even fited two mirrors on the handle bars. Garry also arranged an insurance for my mobile scooter and he explained about getting it servied once a year!

Gary came out the same day when joystick on power chair completely stopped working. As needed a new joystick and the wait for delivery was going to be several weeks, Gary very kindly loaned a chair at no cost to keep my Mum mobile until new part arrived and replaced.

Gary was very helpful in finding the fault in my wife's mobility scooter and managed to repair it. His charge for the spares and labour were reasonable i did not feel i had been ripped of. very local and handy to get to. Parking local and easy.
