best customer service ever
This company must have the best customer service - EVER ! We bought two fire pit tables from our local garden centre and when we collected them one of the lids was missing and they couldn't find it. We later contacted Leisuregrow direct to order one. Not only did they send us one within a few days - they didnt even charge us for that or postage ! Wow - now that is what amazing customer service looks like - thank you. Hghly recommend this company. We were told they were good but they exceeded our expectations.

The extendable table to the Rattan…
The extendable table to the Rattan patio set that I purchased in 2021 began to break at the cross strands.
Having contacted Trudie firstly and then James, I was pleasantly surprised by their patience, attitude and determination to help me resolve my problem. It was promptly confirmed that a goodwill gesture of replacement would be forwarded to me which in fact was received today. It is refreshing to not be fobbed off with warranty or excess usage or any other excuse some companies lay before customers. I can fully recommend this organisation as a company that you can trust. I am very impressed with their "Customer First" approach and wish them all well in the future.

Table Issue rectified with ease.... James is your man!
I had an issue with a table purchased some time ago, James was very swift to deal with this.
He was extremely helpful and although Leisuregrow perhaps didn't need to act if they really didn't want to, they did. They rectified the problem with great ease.
The customer service I have received from this company has not only reaffirmed my trust in them but they also feature in the top 5 "customer service" enquiries I've ever had in perhaps 35 years!
If only all companies behaved this way, honouring their own products then the world would be a better place.

Exceptional Customer Service
My Turin cushions were destroyed by mice over wintering in an outdoor storage box. We’ve had the bistro set for 3 years so I wasn’t expecting replacements to be available. However, James in Consumer Customer Service, managed to find 2 sets. Remarkable really considering the design changed 2 years ago. I can’t thank him enough.

No replacement parts available
I had a lovely set of parasol lights 2 years ago and have always been careful to take the batteries out. The battery pack has rusted si I contacted Leisuregrow to a replacement but they don’t supply spare parts so the only option is to buy the unit again costing around £35. Very disappointing 🥺

during buildup from the BBQGCB45K a bolt fell on the ground and disappeared due to the kind of bolt ( not metric) i had to call leisuregrow
the same day i had an email from DPD that the shipment was on his way

Brilliant Customer Service
We purchased a Patio Set and Chairs last year, unfortunately we noticed some of the colouring was coming away or faded on the edges of the chairs.
A few message to the retailer and Leisuregrow the problem was rectified by 4 replacement chairs being sent within a few days. Brilliant customer service from a company that cares.

We had an issue with a Garden table which was resolved immediately by Davron and a replacement table was delivered 2 days later! Amazing Customer Service, very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this Company for products and after sales.

LG Capri chairs are painfully uncomfortable
The Capri outdoor seating set appears ok to begin with but sitting on the chairs for anything over a few minutes shows their poor design. The front edges of the seat pad are aggressively sharp and dig in to the back of the legs. This painful design flaw is not noticeable when you sit on the chairs in a showroom only for a brief period. LG don't make cushions or pads for this range so the expect further expenses to make this useable without it causing pain.

Had a few installation issues and spoke to Davran on helpline. He was super helpful and knowledgeable- he knew exactly what he was talking about and got all my issues solved. The Grillstream BBQ is great too. Excellent build quality

Bought a Grillstream barbecue, the knobs were missing, contacted customer service late one afternoon received a reply early next morning, sent them a photo of the problem, new knobs we’re in the post the same day. Fantastic.

Frosted stainless steel bollard lights
Had a problem with some frosted stainless steel bollard lights which stopped working.Phoned customer service and spoke to James Paton who was extremely helpful and very polite who arranged to replace them straight away
Received the replacement on 10 June after speaking to James on 6th June
