Bought a Grillstream barbecue, the knobs were missing, contacted customer service late one afternoon received a reply early next morning, sent them a photo of the problem, new knobs we’re in the post the same day. Fantastic.

Frosted stainless steel bollard lights
Had a problem with some frosted stainless steel bollard lights which stopped working.Phoned customer service and spoke to James Paton who was extremely helpful and very polite who arranged to replace them straight away
Received the replacement on 10 June after speaking to James on 6th June
James is an asset to the company and promotes the company with his speedy response

Excellent Toys for aggressive chewing dogs.
Our Fox red labrador 8m pup loves his Petface latex sprout sqeeky toy .He's a very aggressive chewer with his toys and this toy is a toy our old labrador used to play with also.So I can highly recommend petface latex toys.

My experience with Leisuregrow, and in particular re my Grillstream BBQ, has been amongst the best customer service I have ever experienced. Finally had my wife's approval to buy a BBQ, and after much deliberation, eventually chose the SmashGrill Portable BBQ following a very helpful and informative discussion with James in Customer Service, who was able to positively answer all of my queries and concerns.

Price does not equality
We spent fortune on a corner unit and 6 seater table with parasol. We bearly used it last summer due to the British weather. This past month we have used it and the parasol will not stay up. The adverts say 3 year warranty but it turns out the parasol is only a year even though its a mechanical fault. Also the weave has popped out on several chairs (thou I have not reported this yet). I cannot recommend this company.

Regarding the warranty, please note that the promotional advert you refer to is managed directly by the garden centre from which the set was purchased.
As such, we are unable to advise on third-party advertising or promotional materials. Our warranty terms are clearly outlined in the instruction manual included with your furniture at the time of purchase, and we do our best to ensure these terms are transparent and consistent.
We do take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve issues wherever possible. As mentioned in our colleague’s email, if you feel the advert was misleading, we recommend raising this directly with your place of purchase so they can investigate further.
In terms of the weave issue you mentioned, we have not yet received a report regarding this. We would always encourage customers to contact our team directly about any concerns so we have the opportunity to assist. Leaving a review to highlight an unresolved issue without first giving us the chance to help isn’t entirely fair to the team who are here and happy to support you.
Please do get in touch with us at your earliest convenience so we can look into the matter further and find a resolution for you.

A summer must have!!!
A summer must have! I bought the grillstream 6 burner hybrid coal/ gas bbq a few days ago.
Excellent quality. Easy to move around particularly if the grills are removed.
Very easy to use- all coal, all gas or part coal part gas side by side. It’s also easy to switch from coal to gas or coal again.
The meats are well seared without burning as there is little fat fire flare ups.
The company responds very quickly by email when I had a question. I asked about grill lifters and they sent it to me free of charge within 2 days.

Having bought a furniture set from a Garden centre I had an issue with a missing part which was not caused by Leisuregrow . Nevertheless they owned the problem and promptly sourced the missing part . LG parasol break.
Contacted LG as a parasol we bought last summer as part of a dining set had broken. I asked if they did replacement arms as one arm had broken at the joint.
Got a reply email next day asking for a copy of receipt and photos. Contacted Charlie's who we purchased this from who were excellent and immediately sent me a copy of our receipt. Sent this and photo to LG. Email received next day saying the parasol was being replaced. Parasol arrived next day via Fed Ex. From initial contact to replacement arriving.....4DAYS!!!
Absolutely brilliant service from LG, what a fantastic company!!! No quibble just easy communication and instant solution. Shout out to Charlie's Garden Centre too and the speedy delivery from Fed Ex. I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

We bought a cast iron outdoor table and chairs supplied by this company (via John Lewis). Excellent stylish product. I managed to lose one of the adjusters on the table and emailed them to see if I could source a replacement. A representative from the company (James) was kind enough to post me a replacement free of charge. Great customer service.
