Website is impossible to host compared to other sites, filezilla wont connect to the website and its just awful.

Phoned to get help with a SSL certificate problem. Was advised it may take 2 or 3 days to rectify but actually it was all up and running within about 4 hours of my phone call. Thank you to LCN for helping with this matter. Its good to know support is just a phone call away.

For the recent migration, my email nanny prevented me from accessing an email that provided details of the change and what I needed to do.
I put in a request for support - for LCN to resend the email to a secondary email address - and the request was dealt with in less than ten minutes! Outstanding service from the help desk!!

I had two client domains that were set to auto-renew by default. As soon as I noticed the renewal, I contacted the company on the same day to explain that my clients did not want to renew and to request a refund.
Unfortunately, I was told that once the payment has gone through, there’s no refund under any circumstance, even if you contact them immediately. This seems unreasonable and unfair, especially when no additional services have been used and the request was made straight away.
Other providers are far more understanding and allow at least a short grace period for accidental renewals. It’s disappointing to see such rigid policies and lack of customer consideration.

Had a problem with email security settings. Spoke to Reece in the support team and he was incredibly helpful, being able to sort me out within just a few minutes. Great service and brilliant to know that they are there at the end of a phone if I have an issue.
