The company’s communication is exceptional, if you need an exchange or swap they are really good with this. Their products are also quality!

Företagsinformation
Skrivet av företaget
In 2018, Myself (Earl) and Tim set out to bring a change to the Australian men's clothing industry. Our goal was to provide clothing that's higher quality than the top brands but without the expensive price tag. This is our story... We believed that although there were hundreds of fashion brands out there, men's fashion was still quite understated. We found that you could either pay $50 for low-quality jeans that were short-lived or pay upwards of $120 at certain stores. We’d find ourselves looking at brands overseas in the UK and US. There was hundreds of different styles and so many more options. However... when we’d shop locally, we struggled to find streetwear that was exactly what we wanted.

Wonderful customer service and quality
I ordered a pair of cargo pants before a trip I was going on. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and when I requested for new ones to be sent, they offered to send the new ones even before the originals were returned knowing I had urgency to receive them before my trip.
Customer service at its finest!!!
The new set arrived just before my trip and fitted perfectly and great quality.
Highly recommend.

DO NOT even take a chance - they never refunded me for lost package
As far as I’m concerned, this company is extremely shady and steals peoples money. I had a package that got lost in transit and was going back-and-forth with them for a few WEEKS (yes, weeks). They told me they would reach out to the courier but that they could not refund me until it was actually marked as lost. It has now been two weeks since I have heard from them - after emailing them 3 different times in between - and they never got back to me, nor did they ever refund me. How a company is allowed to just steal from consumers like this, I have no idea. But fair warning that I would not take a chance, and I wish that I had read a review like this before I did.

La Haute cargo pants
I recently purchased two pairs of cargo pants from La Haute, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience! From the moment I browsed their website, I was impressed by the stylish designs and the range of colors available.
The ordering process was seamless, and my pants arrived quickly, beautifully packaged. Upon trying them on, I was blown away by the quality of the fabric. The material is not only durable but also incredibly comfortable, allowing for easy movement throughout the day. The fit is perfect—tailored yet relaxed, making them ideal for both casual outings and more active days.
I particularly love the thoughtful details in the design, like the functional pockets that add both style and practicality. It’s clear that La Haute prioritizes both fashion and functionality, which is a rare find!
Overall, I highly recommend La Haute for anyone looking to elevate their wardrobe with high-quality, stylish cargo pants. I can’t wait to see what else they have in store for future collections! Thank you, La Haute, for a fantastic shopping experience!
