I can see u are not a big fan of people who got honest opinion about ur products.
Purchased shorts for £50 , obviously recieved them quite quick, measurements are ok all kinda ok but not for this price. Quality more likely from Temu for £5. Their customer support is like a joke, i wanted to return them, sent an email, after a week they respond with some standard WHY kinda answer promised to contact me and not heard from them since. So in general if u want to well overpay for your clothing u gonna be happy.
As i mentioned these shorts are a quality from TEMU for £5 and as far as i understand u want to make quick money on it i want other customers to know. If all u can do is lie so i dont belive ur intentions and tone " we are only small family run company" I offered u 50% of price for them as i am way not happy of a quality but u accused me of extorsion and said u wont negotiate with people like me that not hppy about overal experience with u.
Fine, i won be crying about 50 pounds, hope ur greed will be feeded for long same like m opinion about u will stay here long enough and people before they buy anything will consider it

Products looked good online, purchased some shorts, polos and a shirt. They look fine, sizing guide accurate, nice feel of fabric and stretchy … I just feel they look like pretty basic staple items for the wardrobe. I can’t say it was worth the quality for the price - the polo shirts don’t have buttons at the collar, the shirt cut is straight all around - some small slits at the side or other detailing would make these worth the price, otherwise I can find more interesting textures and cuts in other stores for less than the RRP… sorry to say I wouldn’t buy again.

I bought two pairs of shorts which are well made and fit as you'd expect. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Beware that the sizing guide on the website is completely off. The clothes are way too tight. Wasted my time and money. I am sending the clothes back for a refund. You have to pay return shipping of $10 so not only did I waste my time I’m down $10 and have nothing to show for it. I didn’t want to exchange for a new size as I’m not confident they will fit and I didn’t want to be charged again for return shipping

Delivery was VERY quick - appreciated ongoing communication to ensure I was. fully informed. Excellent product.

Great fit. Very stretchy. I am a size 32 but 30 gives thd best fit for me. I love these shorts but there is a huge issue after repeated (4) washing. Tiny fabric threads appear all along the seams and belt loops and very visible on darker colors. I had to throw a pair of shorts away because, I tried to remove the threads, (stretchy, clear fibres) and cut into the fabric. No one seems to mention this flaw but these shorts are bloody expensive and this issue makes them unwearable over time.
*After writing this review, I contacted Kojo Fit and their customer service was amazing. It was suggested to machine wash on gentle cycle and to air dry.

First of the delivered products and clothing items are great.

My praise for the company is down to the responsive personalised customer service I recieved when the delivery of my order ran in to problems. Nicole / Kojo took ownership and responsibility of this issue straight away to ensure the issue was rectified. In comparison to other companies when the same issue has arisen it has taken up big chunks of my time on switch boards and calls trying to rectify. With them, one email, sorted.

These shorts are probably the best shorts I've ever bought. Got 3 pairs. Super stretch fit perfectly Look superb.
Usually buy 36 " waist but ordered 34" in these due to the stretch.
Looking at other stuff they have now

Ordered two pairs of the 5" chino shorts (Black and Charcoal) , and ordered my usual waist size, however afterwards I then saw some customer reviews recommending to get the next size down to usual size (due to the extra stretch, it seems be a better fit). I contacted customer support and Nicole was really great and replied back to me instantly and helped to amend my order and change the sizing. I was kept regularly updated about the shipping progress, and the shorts arrived today, and I absolutely love them, the fit is perfect, and definitely agree with the recommendation of ordering the next size down. Nice stretchy material, well made, and super comfortable! I am very happy with the length and colours. I will definitely be ordering more in future! Thanks!

I ordered a shirt from here, when I found it couldnt fit, I couldnt do a exchange for another size. So they forced a refund, with a return. When I returned it they rejected the refund. This was because it didnt fit and was forced the refund process. There communication process is very confusing too. Not a good experience.

Delivery was quick and efficient, and when I found that the sizing was not quite right and I wanted the shorts a little tighter, the returns process was smooth and simple and equally time efficient. Absolutely loving the products in my preferred size.

Just about to place an order for holidays and realised they seem to be sent to UK from Australia so I checked the returns policy and wow .. so even if they don’t fit or you don’t like you have to pay for the returns and any customs or other duties so paid about the same price from Next with free returns. Read the terms and conditions and returns policy before you buy from this firm

kojo, make great shorts , now have 2 pair love the colours, but most of all, the fit is perfect

feel they would do well in nz in some type of retail space, just a thought ?

I bought the stretch chino shorts 5". Honestly as a bigger bloke its so hard to find any comfortable shorts that dont look ridiculous. These are hands down the best shorts ive ever bought, im about to place an order now for a few more pairs in more colours. They have so much stretch and colours are really crisp.

Finally found a pair of shorts that fit properly! No more baggy legs. Other brands promote ‘slim fit’ but are still too roomy on the legs.
These shorts are so comfortable that I’ve bought another pair. The overall fit is perfect.
Online ordering was super easy, delivery was within a reasonable time and best of all I’m supporting an Australian business.
