Bought these pants as they looked good and were an Aussie company which is one of the things I love to support. Originally ordered 2 size 36 relax fit chinos (black and navy blue) only to discover they were way to 2 big for me (that’s on me due to all the training. Return policy is terrible! More than 10,00 EUR customs fee. And youhave to pay over 50,00 EUR to return the goods from Europe.

I bought 2 chinos in late February and sent them straight back for an exchange to the next size down, as their sizing chart wasn’t accurate. It’s now April and I still haven’t received the new pair. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 pair of shorts, but unfortunately they were a too big. The customer service and ease of return was second to none. So easy, quick and I was kept up to date the whole way through the process. The material and quality of the shorts is amazing. I would highly recommend.

If you love paying for clothes you’ll never actually wear, this is the place for you.

• The "In-Stock" Lie: Ordered a shirt and shorts. Apparently, "In Stock" is just a fun suggestion, because the shirt didn’t exist.

• The "ASAP" Myth: Agreed to a color swap. Was told it would ship "ASAP." Three weeks later? Still waiting.

• The "Hey Mate" Special: Emailed for an update and got a "Hey mate, let me check on that." That was four days ago. I can only assume he’s still "checking."

The Verdict: Great clothes, if you can actually get them. Too bad the customer service is as non-existent as their inventory. Buyer beware.

I purchased a pair of Taupe slim fit chinos in July. I may have worn them on average of once a week or once a fortnight in that time. The stitching at the waist and near the pocket started to fray badly at Christmas. I notified Earl, sent photos and now they are replacing with a black pair. Many thanks to the "legends"
