I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and color and expressed my concern to the team.
Within a few hours, KF Customer Service Team (Thank you David!) offered to send me the right colour and size pants FOR FREE!
I cannot express enough my appreciation for such a wonderful experience. I will be your repeat customer for sure.

I have previously been very happy with all my Kojo Fit purchases to include the new Mint line. My recent order of Essential Bamboo T-Shirts was very disappointing. The neck collar seam is significantly misaligned on all four shirts I ordered. When I submitted a complaint, David informed me that all the current run of Essential Bamboo T-Shirts have the same flaw. I will be returning my order. I recommend waiting to purchase this line of T-Shirts until quality control improves. I still recommend the other product lines.

Shirt was way too small. I ordered from your company because I read it tailors to men who workout. I couldn’t even get my arms through the sleeves.

I liked the looks of the shorts I ordered - but I was disappointed that I ended up having to order/exchange them for a pair 4 inches smaller than my actual measured waist size (even though the size chart said that I should order size 34 for a 34 inch waist, I had to order size 30 to have them fit properly). So clearly mislabeled on the website, I was miffed that I had to pay for return shipping as part of the exchange.

Brilliant quality and fast customer service response. The products fit as described and I saved money on alterations. I received many compliments and it was a great self confidence boost to know I'm looking well dressed.

I had a great experience with Kojo fit. Prompt delivery. I has to return to exchange items for bigger sizes and it was quick and easy. I would certainly buy clothes from them again.

XXXL on the size chart is actually pretty small. I wear an XL and the XXXL shirt was too small for me.

To address the company's reply. The codt of return (that customers have to pay) and the time to pack and ship make returns not cost effective.

As a first time customer from Canada, I am disappointed to learn about the crazy high shipping costs to return/exchange an item back to you. Costing $170 CAD shipping is way too much. You should at least be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label.

I loved the jeans I received including the quality, but it was too loose and hence i initiated an online exchange for a better fit.

Nothing against the brand at all. These just weren’t a good fit for me, I tried two sizes and found they highlighted and dug into all of the wrong places. Had to pay return postage both times so I essentially paid $20 for pants that didn’t fit. These things happen with online shopping I guess!

Quick delivery and the jeans are a perfect fit for my son.

Very long shipping. Supports can't really explain why, a thousand reasons🤨. I waited two pairs of jeans for a month. Not impressed.
